Description of the Victoria vacation b&b rental

This is a designated Heritage Property with classic architectural details. We are located on an acre of land in the middle of Victoria.  We are accessible to all that Victoria has to offer, but very quiet as we are surrounded by gardens. Walk to downtown, beaches, shopping and historic sites. This is not a condominium-this is an historically signifucant Manor House.
 
In your Hobbit Studio you will enjoy a large (750 square feet) and luxurious space. There is a private entrance patio off the beautiful gardens, luxury large bathroom with air-jetted spa tub & walk-in shower, heated floors, king bed in bedroom and through French doors to a relaxed sitting area with pull out sofa bed, well equipped kitchen stocked with filtered waters & specialty coffees and teas, fireplace, views of the gardens, TWO flat screen TVS/ DVDS/private telephone/free high speed internet, writing desk. Please note that we have off street parking in our parking area.

Area Information

Rockland district is in the center of Victoria and an area of large estate homes built at the turn of the century for wealthy Victorians. Government House Gardens are next door and uniquely fabulous. Craigdarroch Castle is around the corner and a favorite by all. The best grocery store in town is 3 blocks away with a fabulous deli. The ocean is just down the hill. Downtown shopping is a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk. Excellent restaurants are nearby.
