Thank you Steve & Trish for a great experience! The condo has everything you could possibly need. The bed is so comfortable and the condo is so clean & nicely decorated. It is in a great location. We walked to just about everything. It is close to the water, shopping, museums, sight seeing & restaurants...just about anywhere you would like to go.
Steve & Trish picked us up from the ferry terminal & took us back on the day of our departure. They left us fresh fruit, milk, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar....the basic stuff. It was wonderful! We even had Hershey Kisses by the bed! Now that's 5-Star service!!! They definitely go the extra mile. We would definitely rent from them again. They even gave us suggestions on things to do and places to eat (which they were right on). We went whale watching, salmon fishing, toured the Gardens, Royal Museum, Fisherman's Wharf, Bird of Prey..there are so many things to do and see. Thanks again Steve & Trish! What a wonderful month's stay in the Metro Suite. Vacation rental pictures online rarely match reality but the Metro exceeded our expectations. It sparkles, bright, clean, nicely furnished with so many personal details to make the stay enjoyable. We so appreciated having juice, coffee milk and bread already in the fridge so we didn't have to shop as soon as we arrived. Our guests really appreciated a sofa bed mattress that is actually comfortable to sleep on. The location is superb - within easy walking distance of the inner harbor, shopping, restaurants, markets, etc. The added bonus is the superb hospitality of our hosts Trish and Steve. They are the kind of hosts you always hope to find - warm, helpful, caring, honest. See you next year!

"The Metro Suite has to be one of the cleanest most well equiped units we've ever stayed in. Very close to the harbour, quiet and close to many attractions. We made many walking tours to Beacon Hill Park and enjoyed the wild life immensely.

We have just completed a three-week stay in this suite which is very well equipped and furnished and the location in downtown Victoria could not be better. Lots of good restaurants and shopping within short walking distances. The high-speed internet is fast and reliable. The building is quiet and we encountered no noise in the hallways. There were no negative surprises. In fact, we had a wonderful, positive experience.

Steve & Trish were great hosts, which included kindly providing a few groceries for our late arrival. The apartment was well located downtown, was in excellent condition and was very clean. The apartment was modernly furnished with stainless steel appliances and unique furnishings. The building was extremely secure with an advanced security system. The free long distance calls were a nice inclusion. Try the coffee shop that is in the building (Cafe Mela.) It was very good.

To Trish and Steve our thanks for for you hospitality and kindness. The appartment was perfect for our needs and I would recomend it for anyone who is attending a conference in Victoria. As for Victoria itself the iconic attractions are everyting they are touted to e but there is a depth and beadth to Victoria that is worth discovering. The Maritime Museum, Mungo Martine House, The BC Museum and Beacon Hill park were the second level "finds" that made Victoria a first class conference and holiday. We happen to think the appartment, Trish and Steve were also standouts in their own way of our time in Victoria. Would like to do it all again one day.

I have stayed at both City Life Suites now on two occasions for business travel. The suites are by far my favourite place to be while visiting Victoria. What could be better than coming home from a day of work than having all the comforts of home. I've hosted guests for dinner in the cozy living room, enjoyed morning breakfasts on the patio, and made tea in the kitchen late at night. Everything you need is there - I woke up one morning to rain (and no raincoat) and found umbrellas in the closet! You just can't get that level of comfort - or the incredible hospitality and support that Trish and Steve offer - from a hotel. I highly recommend these suites for business travellers - will make your stay feel like a vacation!

We had an excellent experience staying at the Urban Suite. It provides a far superior alternative to a generic hotel room. Our exceptional hosts, Trish and Steve keep an immaculate place and their thoughtfulness is evident in the smallest details such as the umbrellas for inclement weather, the chocolates on the pillow, the cherries from their very own tree! For short or long term stays - the suite has it all. The location is excellent, just 5 mins from Government Street and the Empress Hotel. Beacon Hill Park is also a pleasant stroll away. I have no hesitation in recommending the Urban Suite to any and all discerning travellers.

The location is just perfect for touring Victoria as it is only 2 blocks from the harbour, B.C. Legislature buildings and the Royal Museum. Close to all ammenities.... the Inner Harbour, Convention Centre, shops and great dining places. A little noisy with the bus traffic and inner city traffic. However, enjoyed whale watching, and smelling the beautiful flowers. A must do again experience.

Steve & Trish were great hosts, which included kindly providing a few groceries for our late arrival. The apartment was well located downtown, was in excellent condition and was very clean. The apartment was modernly furnished with stainless steel appliances and unique furnishings. The building was extremely secure with an advanced security system. The free long distance calls were a nice inclusion. Try the coffee shop that is in the building (Cafe Mela.) It was very good.
Steve and Trish made our stay very enjoyable and we highly recommend this property to other customers

To Trish and Steve our thanks for for you hospitality and kindness. The appartment was perfect for our needs and I would recomend it for anyone who is attending a conference in Victoria. As for Victoria itself the iconic attractions are everyting they are touted to e but there is a depth and beadth to Victoria that is worth discovering. The Maritime Museum, Mungo Martine House, The BC Museum and Beacon Hill park were the second level "finds" that made Victoria a first class conference and holiday. We happen to think the appartment, Trish and Steve were also standouts in their own way of our time in Victoria. Would like to do it all again one day.

I have stayed at both City Life Suites now on two occasions for business travel. The suites are by far my favourite place to be while visiting Victoria. What could be better than coming home from a day of work than having all the comforts of home. I've hosted guests for dinner in the cozy living room, enjoyed morning breakfasts on the patio, and made tea in the kitchen late at night. Everything you need is there - I woke up one morning to rain (and no raincoat) and found umbrellas in the closet! You just can't get that level of comfort - or the incredible hospitality and support that Trish and Steve offer - from a hotel. I highly recommend these suites for business travellers - will make your stay feel like a vacation!

We had an excellent experience staying at the Urban Suite. It provides a far superior alternative to a generic hotel room. Our exceptional hosts, Trish and Steve keep an immaculate place and their thoughtfulness is evident in the smallest details such as the umbrellas for inclement weather, the chocolates on the pillow, the cherries from their very own tree! For short or long term stays - the suite has it all. The location is excellent, just 5 mins from Government Street and the Empress Hotel. Beacon Hill Park is also a pleasant stroll away. I have no hesitation in recommending the Urban Suite to any and all discerning travellers.

We found Steve and Trish to be absolutely wonderful hosts. Their apartment was nicely furnished, clean and had all the amenities you would need. The location is just perfect for touring Victoria as it is only 2 blocks from the harbour, B.C. Legislature buildings and the Royal Museum. We would immediately recommend this suite to anyone considering it.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful luxury apartment.Clean, modern and met all of our needs.
Close to all ammenities.... the Inner Harbour, Convention Centre, shops and great dining places. A little noisy with the bus traffic and inner city traffic. However, enjoyed whale watching, and smelling the beautiful flowers. A must do again experience.

Trish and Steve are the ultimate hosts! They have thought of every little detail a guest may require away from home. The suite was most comfortable and enjoyable and it exceeded my expectatiions. The location is also superb as it is within walking distance of the center of town with all the shops and restaurants and entertainment. Steve and Trish went out of their way to make my stay not only totally comfortable but successful and productive as I was there on a business mission.

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Victoria at the very best located accommodation ever!!! We were also thrilled to find such an accommodating condo that was close enough to the inner harbour in case we wanted to hit the tourist attractions and yet still secluded enough to slip away from the crowds. Close to great parks, Market square, the organic grocery on Yates, movie theaters, the Strathcona, and Pescatores. We simply cannot say enough --- five stars!
