Other Fees: cleaning is included in the rental. If excessive cleaning is required, the amount will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Hurrah for the honeymoon!

We arrived earlier than expected and were able to get into the cottage right away. We enjoyed the ability to come and go as we pleased, the fact that there were restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk, and a bus stop no further than ten, we did it in 5 at a fast walk. The cottage is great for just 2, and if you could work the bathroom schedule out, I'm sure would work fine for the 6 you could fit in the three double beds. The room with 2 beds may get a bit tight if you have four people living out of suitcases though I suppose... We enjoyed the uniqueness of the outdoor shower, it was fun to hear the birds singing in the morning.

Girlfriend Getaway Dream Cottage

I took three of my best buds here for my 40th birthday and we had a wonderful time. The cottage was cute as could be and had most everything we needed. We talk about it all of the time and remember our wonderful days there. It was close enough to everything to get around but far enough away to feel like we had disconnected from the world. The owner was very friendly and helped us out with any questions or requests we had.

Nice house at a good price

A number of pros including location - about a 5 to 8 minute walk to Main St. in Vineyard Haven. Two beds upstairs that can sleep 5. Master bed downstairs gives adults some privacy. Finally, a good amount of room - an eat in kitchen as well as a porch off the master bedroom. A few cons - house is close to the street so you will hear the cars. Also there are minimal shades so if you are a late sleeper this may bother you. We will definitely consider renting it again.

Had a great vacation, the location is so close to eveything in Vineyard Haven. The cottage has everything needed. Space is utilized great. Outside shower was the best part. Must see to appreciate.

Charming and convenient!

This is an ideal spot for a romantic get-away with or without children. We went with our 1-yr. old and loved it. There are two bedrooms (in close proximity) and lots of outdoor space, including a swing-set. Town is a 5-min. walk away and the surrounding streets are totally charming.
