304 28th St, unit #301. Fabulous location in the center of the resort area! 2 blocks to the beach. Can see the ocean from the bedrooms. Beautiful condo, clean and like new! Walk to the beach, restaurants, boardwalk, entertainment, and 24 hour Harris Teeter Grocery Store next door. This unit is on the top floor, corner unit, with an elevator, balcony, and parking. No need for a car. There is a pool for the guests.

Fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances. Washer, dryer and central air. No need to bring linens, we supply them! Internet, no additional fee. This is truly the vacation getaway you deserve!

This place is a winner! This past trip to VB was our second. The first time that we stayed here. We all loved it here, myself, my husband, and the 4 kids! It was spacious enough and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beach, Starbucks, Khor Bros, and Harris Teeter are all so close. Love this place and this end of the strip. We will definitely be coming back in 2013.

We have been staying at 301 28th Street for the past 4 years. The place is very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The condo itself is an end unit and very convenient to the stairs and the pool. The unit is very clean and has many extra amenities (linens, beach chairs, full kitchen) that you to not have to birng as much from home. We look forward to vacationing there again in the future.

We wanted a place that had two bedrooms and near the beach. We also wanted to stay for only 5 nights. All condos would only rent from Sat to Sat. Condo was everything described and more. Easy walk to the beach (2 blocks). Easy access to Harris Teeter (1/2 block). Only had to use the car for longer journeys to Malls and Williamsburg. Very quiet location and nice pool when surf too high to swim in ocean. Highly recommended.

This condo had everything you could need...full kitchen, dvds & tapes, games and a nice clean pool. The condo was 1 block from the beach and a supermarket and in a quiet area. It was close enough to the action in town to walk. My whole family loved it and would definately rent again if we return to Va.
