You will love the HUGE wrap around porch with sweeping views of the Atlantic and ultra-comfortable furniture for outdoor dining and relaxation - plus an oceanfront hammock!
No unit is closer to the beach! Grace Abounds has incredible views but is just steps to the beach and the pool (and your car for easy unloading/loading); however, an elevator is just down the hall. Professionally decorated to make your vacation a trip to remember. Maximum Occupancy 10. MBR - K, 2nd - Q, 3rd - Q, 4th - 2 bunksets. Sleep in comfort on great bedding. Flat screen TV with movie library plus lots of games and puzzles. TVs in all bedrooms and video system in bunk room. Kayak, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pool and beach toys, coolers, crab nets and two bicycles - everything you'll need! Linen and Towel Package included. Use of condo amenities including 3 swimming pool (seasonal), Viking grills, 2 fitness centers, libraries, boardwalk. Limit 2 parking per unit. No smoking.
Rates listed do not include $75 deposit fee, $60 booking fee and tax.

Great winter getaway too!

Virginia Beach is beautiful in winter. No, we didn't go swimming, but we had long walks on the beach and in the neighboring bird sanctuary. Grace Abounds condo is big and beautiful and you are one flight of stairs up from the beach. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and a complete collection of movie DVDs and family games. The owner recommended Margie and Ray's restaurant nearby which was a local hangout with great seafood. We had a lovely "long weekend" vacation and would definitely recommend this property.

An amazing family vacation

We loved staying at the sandbride. The whole family had an amazing holiday. There was 7 of us total. The pools and ocean were fantastic. The kids loved the kiddie pool and jumping the waves. The condo was very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. We will definately be back. We were all sad to leave.........

Amazing Grace Abounds

It was a great week although the weather could have been nicer. The condo was excellent and is exactly as described. It was our first time in that area and we do plan to return and stay in that same condo. I loved the fact that it was peaceful and not all built up like the center part of Virginia Beach. The resturant across the street was excellent and very convienient. Would highly recommend this area and unit. "Grace truely abounds" If your looking for a place to visit and stay this should be on your list "Happy Vacationing"

Best Rental Unit Ever

We rented this unit so that all our family who was coming from all over the country could be together during our daughters wedding.The unit was very spaciuos well decorated, clean and well equipped. The view of the ocean was spectacular. I would most certainly rent this unit again.

If you decide to rent at the Sanctuary Resort at Sandbridge, this unit is really well situated. It has a beautiful view of the ocean...is nicely furnished----and is close to parking and beach access. The management team that runs the Sanctuary seems to be a bit indifferent-----but this unit is nice. The beach is nice and it is quiet and away from tourists. A 15 minte ride gets you to the Baordwalk "scene".

Wonderful Week

We had a wonderful week for our anniversary. The weather was great and the beach was quiet with a few people enjoying the rays. This is a family atmosphere, which we liked. The house was great, ocean front, couldn't be more relaxing hearing the waves throughout the day and night. The decor of the house was very nice and the master bedroom was large and very well decorated. We will definitely consider this same week again next year.

The rooms were spacious, nicely furnished, and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We would definetely recommend Sanctuary Resort and consider staying there again.
