This ultra-private loft-style condominium is the two-story upper level unit of a triplex. A massive floor-to-roof glass block wall channels plenty of natural light into this fabulous condominium, illuminating the entire space throughout the day. The height of the vaulted wooden ceiling and Key West inspired décor provide a glowing, radiant atmosphere at Virginia Beach! The neighborhood is a quiet haven in one of the most prestigious sections of the beach’s famed north end district, a place where families can easily enjoy the serenity of everyday beach life. If you want to get away from it all, this is the ultimate beach hideaway!

The condominium sleeps ten comfortably and has two full baths: The lower bedroom contains two queen-size beds and laundry room with full size washer/dryer. A spiral staircase leads upward to an open (yet private) loft where the master suite, with a queen-size bed, full bath and plenty of closet space, overlooks the enormity of this huge space! The tastefully decorated living area is dominated by the gorgeous floor-to-ceiling glass block wall with two queen-size sleeper sofas, a recessed TV, a breakfast bar and dining area rounds out the view from above.

The fully equipped kitchen is simply one-of-a-kind. Marble tiled counters accompany every tool necessary for the practicing gourmet to create major works of art on a daily basis! Do not worry, the backyard chef will not feel left out because a full-size gas grill and all the necessary utensils are included.

Pets are permitted at this property with a $200 non-refundable deposit.

The beautiful and historic Chesapeake Bay beach is only five houses away. Lynnhaven Fish House at the pier, The Marina at Marina Shores, dozens of eateries and nightlife are within walking distance of your front door. Live entertainment and tourist shopping at the resort area is only eight miles away.

For the golfer(s) in your group we also have PGA Golf Course's all around our South Eastern Community. We are available to set up a Golf Adventure Package that includes limousine service to all courses. Meals that include continental breakfast, club house lunch, and dinner at some of our finest restaurants or an in-house chef to prepare your meals, and up to 6 tee times on Virginia's most exclusive five star courses.
