Leesa's Retreat is a luxury two bedroom condo in large beautiful oceanfront development. The entire development sits right on the sand with no road in front of it. This condo is furnished with comfort in mind with convenient elevator access. Guests will enjoy ocean views and Back Bay views from it's private balcony. You are sure to be satisfied with this wonderful Sanctuary hideaway while located on the same level as the huge pool and patio. The patio is furnished with lots of round teak tables & chairs, as well as stainless steel Viking grilling stations in built-in stone enclosures. The large king master suite features it's own private bathroom with granite counters, double vanity and tub shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and features a 20 inch flat screen TV with DVD combo and a Play Station 2 with PS2 games for fun on rainy days! There is a library of great novels for your reading pleasure!

Linens are included from 05/25/2013 to 09/07/2013 ONLY. NOTE: If your reservation is prior outside those dates you must bring your own sheets, pillowcases & towels or rent them from Beach Pros Realty. Linens are never provided on any discounted week. Linens are not provided for stays shorter than one week.

Condo complex amenities include: There is one parking space reserved for this condo unit in a covered parking garage with ample extra parking and street parking, if needed . No smoking. No pets. THREE swimming pools open 5/19 through 9/29 (dates vary depending upon weather), one pool has an oceanfront swim up Bar! A very large hot tub available ONLY DURING OFF SEASON, NO smoking, Fire Code regulations prohibits use of open-flamed or gas fueled grilling devices on unit balconies. There are top of the line Viking gas grills (in courtyard area). Comfy quiet library with plush chairs and great book selection, state of the art exercise room with treadmills, plasma TV's and weights, community room and game with pool table, pinball, video arcade machine and, of course, the big stretch of Atlantic sand and ocean with no road in front!

There are two beaches in Virginia Beach - the "strip", which is most known and frequented by tourists and Southern Virginia Beach also known as Sandbridge Beach. Sandbridge is a secluded beach hideaway with 5 miles of pristine sand dunes and dancing seas between Back Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. It is truly a relaxing and peaceful community where you can slow down and unwind on your dream vacation. There are no highways cutting through the area, only a quaint, two lane, winding road, which leads to this little piece of seaside paradise.
