We will accommodate you for any weekday check-in day if condo is available and you confirm your reservation early.

See the Fireworks Sunday and Wednesday nights from the deck or stroll to the beach and enjoy the beautiful nights with the moon reflecting on the ocean.
Comfortably furnished with additional space for family get-togethers.
Two Master Suites each with full bathrooms.
No hassle garage and driveway parking.
WiFi connection (monthly data limit - email and web usage [not intended for gaming or movie downloads]).
Bikes available (three child and four adult) for your use; Along with beach chairs, boogie boards and toys -- even an outside hot and cold shower is available for you.
Just bring your bathing suit and beach towel!

Area Information
TWO (2) BLOCKS from the BEACH, middle of the BOARDWALK
@ 25th Street (Norwegian Lady Statue and Military Memorial).
Easy access to and from I-264 (old Rte 44).
One of the four permanent concert stages is just one block south, allowing for a short stroll for your evening entertainment.
Many shops and restaurants are literally just around the corner, along with the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
Enjoy the beach and activity then have a short trip back to the condo for a relaxing night.

Vacation was AMAZING!! Turned out to be above my expectations. The condo was extremely comfortable. Every convenience was provided. Ruth and Mark were sweet and accommodating. I felt like I was staying at a family members home.

Very nice quaint condo two blocks from the beachfront. Great place to have a group or family stay. Cozy condo with garage. We loved the bicycles, grill and multiple balconies. NO internet service. Although we were on the beach, its the only way to know what's going on. But overall a fantastic spot for beachgoers.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was very homey with a garage, w/d, 2 master bedrooms w/ full baths & balconies on the top level, kitchen w/ living room (w/ balcony) and 1/2 bath on the main level. It's in a gated community 2 blks from the beach. Thanks for greeting us, Ruth & Mark! Any issues we had were addressed & handled. We'll have to stay again (alittle longer :-) next summer! Thx!

This condo is close to everything! You are within walking distance to shopping, groceries, restaurants, entertainment, and of course,.... the beach. And with such a variety of things to do, you are sure to please all ages and interest....or you can just hang out and relax on the deck and let everyone else do the running around. I liked that the condo is close enough that our teens could just check-in without us parents having to wait for them on the beach. The unit has comfortable amenities, and 4 decks! A great value, and good place to relax and enjoy the area. Had a great time!

I spent a weekend at the condo with my family and we had the most wonderful time. It is so close to the beach that walking there with my two small children was so easy and the outdoor shower came in really handy on the way back. It was so comfortable and everything was already there so we didn't need to spend a lot of extra money on going out to eat like we would have in a hotel. We had everything to cook right there one night and endless restraunts to choose from the second night. Everything is in walking distance. It was so much fun. I can't wait to book another vacation there.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is very roomy, comfortable and quiet. There is ample space for more than a few family members and its layout allows one group to rest while others can visit without worry of disturbing them. We hope to return next year and will be looking forward to another stay in Virginia Beach.

My family and I had a great stay at this condo! Practically anything we wanted to do was within walking distance - shops, restaurants, entertainment, and most importantly the beach! Any activities that were further away, you can just hop on the bus to get to. The condo is clean, has great amenities, and can sleep a large group of people. We enjoyed relaxing on the condo's decks when we weren't relaxing in the sun. There was no need to fear rain here. The condo has an awesome new flat screen TV and multiple games there for you to play. We had an excellent vacation here - absolutely no complaints!
