Description of the Virginia Beach vacation cottage rental

This "Cottage" is in the luxury RV resort on the Back Bay in Sandbridge, Virginia Beach. The ocean is just two blocks away. A spectacular view of the bay and of sunsets equal to those at Key West. A dock for your boat, a gated community, two pools, a clubhouse (activities for children during the summer) and tennis courts, jacuzzi and a friendly community.

Full size refrigerator, stove, oven/microwave, small kitchenette, one bedroom. A sofabed opens to accomodate two more = sleeps 4 (maximum)

A $250 refundable deposit is required and will be returned within 30 days of departure if the place is left clean and undamaged.

****$350 non-refundable dog deposit.

If you fall in love with the place after renting it and are interested in purchasing it, ask the owner about it.

It sits ON THE BAY, and is two blocks walking distance to the Ocean. Just a couple of miles from water parks and marine-life museums.

It is an Outdoor Resorts community, gated with a clubhouse and free-no cost planned activities every day during the summer (i.e. wine and cheese for adults, ice cream sundaes for children), tennis courts, two pools, building for washer, dryer, bathrooms, saunas. Call for more information.

We had a wonderful time on the Bay !!!! the home was nice and they had EVERYTHING we needed for the cooking week !! Our nice and friendly neighbors were a bonus :O)

We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved every minute of it. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the bay from the deck. Really really nice.
