Cozy winter nest with warm fireplace and incredible ocean view. Private cool summer getaway with central air and unbelievable view of the ocean, beach, and dunes. Located on a cul-de-sac at the quiet, unpopulated North End of Va. Beach.Well appointed with very nice furniture and comfortable beds. The rental is Mon-Mon to avoid weekend traffic.

Private and quite residential area, but eight minutes from 31st Street, the center of lively Virginia Beach and very nice grocery stores and fine boutiques.You can fine anything you want in close proximity.

 A VERY Special Place At The Beach, August 30, 2008

A charming, classic beach house in the finest spot on the beach! The proprietor was lovely to work with--extremely helpful and inviting. The house itself is very special and boasts a great view of the ocean, just past the dunes. A neighbor told us, "You have the best spot on the beach." We agreed. Watch commercial and naval vessels enter and leave Chesapeake Bay all day long. The beach, while public, was quiet, sparsely populated and clean. Overall, a fabulous vacation. We hope to return soon.

 

 Very easy to get to the beach., August 15, 2008

We have 3 young children. It was very easy to go to the beach. Easy enough that we were going back to the house for lunch! This part of the beach is not as busy as where all the hotels are, another nice fact when having kids. Finally, we have been watching dolphins almost every day, sometime closer than 100 feet.

We just spent 3 days in Virginia Beach in the nicest, coziest beach house! It was clean and bright and so comfortable for our family. The views are incredible and the location...perfect! Best ever time spent with my family!

The views really are incredible, and the cottage is cozy, comfortable and welcoming. The location on the north end of VB is well away from the frey, but a very short drive to shops, restaurants and the movie theatre. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and our Christmas in the cottage was in the "best ever" category!
