This cottage is nestled off the Back Bay in the beautiful gated community of Outdoor Resorts and located just one block from the white sandy beach of Sandbridge. Our cottage will accomodate up to five people comfortably. Upon arrival you will enter through sliding glass doors from the deck, into an open family room, fully equipped kitchen and dinette combination. This cottage also offers a private entrance from the deck into the bedroom with queen size bed and personal TV for that special quiet time. Other guests can rest comfortably on two sofa beds and enjoy television entertainment in their own special place. Like any well equipped rental home this cottage has a full bath with tub and shower. An extra large covered deck offers you a place to enjoy the view of the bay while savoring your first cup of coffee in the morning making plans for a full day of exploration or relaxation that awaits you.

The resort offers two swimming pools, hot tub, exercise room, playground, Wi-Fi access, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts for your use at no additional cost.

Cottage and resort are pet friendly so you will be able to take your dog for long walks on the beach in the early morning or evening or just sit on the beach and watch the dolphins frolic in the ocean. With Little Island park and fishing pier within walking distance you will be able to enjoy the excitement of fishing without even bringing a pole. Little Island pier is free for spectators and only charges a nominal fee for those who want to try their luck. You can bring home your day's catch and cook it on the grill located on the deck of your vacation home.

If you have friends with their own RV/Camper and want to include them in your families' adventures, we also offer referrals to a discounted lot available inside Outdoor Resort. RV lot rental includes a 50' concrete pad with electric (30/50 amp), water, sewer, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and picnic table with shade. Please contact me for more information on the lot rental.

Vacationing just 20 minutes south of the exciting Virginia Beach Boardwalk you can enjoy all the activities that the area offers.

Restaurants, live music, jet ski/boat rental are a few minutes walk. Water park, State aquarium, miniature golf are a 15 minute ride and the boardwalk and downtown activities are 20 minutes away. Street legal golf carts and bikes can be rented on the premises. Once you're in the resort, you can leave the car behind and drive your golf cart around Sandbridge. Bring your boat or jet ski, the resort has it's own boat ramp to the back bay.

Pick blueberries and enjoy the Straweberry Festival in may and In June local strawberries are ready for picking and in July the tasty peaches of Knotts Island, NC are worth the 40 minute ride. Tour Moonlight Bay Vineyard and Martin Vineyard or catch the free ferry to Currituck, NC.
