"The Bay Breeze Cottage II", a two-bedroom duplex cottage, is conveniently located just two miles east of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel in the bayside community of Ocean Park. Only a three-minute stroll to lovely Lynnhaven Beach, the cottage is located at 2247 Powhatan Avenue, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23455.

Inside, the cottage offers two spacious bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, plus a deluxe inflatible queen that may easily set up in the large greatroom. The greatroom is highlighted with natural yellow-pine wainscoating, a large sectional sofa and a 52" big-screen television with DVD player. The bright eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a appliances including a dishwasher.

Outside, there's a small private sideyard set up for grillin' and chillin'. There's ample offstreet parking for guests and visitors.

Best of all, beautiful Lynnhaven Beach is only a short three-minute walk away. Here on the Chesapeake Bay, enjoy great views of the 17-mile long Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel ( seen in Tom Cruise's "Mission Impossible III"), historic Cape Henry and Fort Story. There's nothing like an evening stroll along Lynnhaven Beach...the sunsets are magnificent!

It's the perfect location from which to sample all the many attractions to be found in Hampton Roads Virginia. Only ten minutes from the airport and fifteen minutes from the Virginia Beach Boardwalk and an hour's drive to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown.

We've now added a second full-bathroom with shower for our guest's convenience! Also, we've replaced a queen bed in the second bedroom with a unique bunk bed...it offers a double bed with an upper double bed and a pull-out twin bed...hence, sleeping space for five guests.

"The Bay Breeze Cottage II" now boasts sleeping arrangements for up to seven guests. It's indeed an even better place for your vacation or long-term business trip!
