We didn't know what to expect from our little "cottage" but were pleasantly surprised. We were traveling with 3 kids and they loved the triple bunkbed option in their room and we enjoyed our own room at the opposite end. A fully stocked kitchen, roomy bathroom, dining area, 3 TV's and a great deck with a porch swing really topped it off. The resort was great as well. The pools were clean, the views of the bay were beautiful, lots of events throughout our stay, and the beach a short 5 minute walk away. The owners were very accommodating and gracious especially considering our last minute request and the housekeeper even chased us down in her car when we left our laptop behind! Great service, a fun cottage and a great value. We'll definitely visit again!

Great place for a family looking for a stay near the beach at an affortable price. What was best appreciated was that we could walk to the beach. The place is quiet, safe and clean. The only down side is that the BBQ could be replaced. Other than that, the kitchen was well equipped for our needs.

When I first drove into the resort, it kind of took my breath away.... The view of the marshes were so beautiful. I saw atleast 10 Great Egrets everytime I was out for a walk around the spotless grounds. The cottage was just perfect too. Everything you could possibly need was already there!! And, it's super close to False Cape State Park.(Which was awesome) I really feel like I experienced the best that Sandbridge Beach had to offer. From the sunrise on the beach to the exquisite sunsets; it will make you realize how lucky you are just to be a witness of all the beauty around you. And, I want to thank Michele for being so caring and thoughtful!! You are the best...

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:Is it close to the beach?

A:It is less than a five-minute walk away, across the street from the resort itself.

Q:Do we bring our own linens?

A:Yes. Unfortunately, we are unable to find a linen service that will provide this service at a reasonable cost to our guests in the Sandbridge area. But once you book, we send you a list of suggestions of what linens to bring and sizes, to make it easier for you.

Q:Are there any activities for children?

A:The resort has a Recreation Commitee that plans events for children throughout the summer. There will be Ice Cream Socials and lots of wildlife to see at the Back Bay Wildlife Preserve, which you can ride bikes to.

In addition, the Baja Restarant next door has family friendly activities outside, and a bonfire at night!

We will be happy to send you a schedule of activities with your rental agreement so you can see what events are being held the week the week of your stay, and you can also check the Board near the Office to see what is going on every day.
