Absolutely Bad Vacation Home (#33760)

September 26, 2008

1.) This house is MOLDY. We could not stay on the lower level and tried to spend as little time at the house as possible. 2.) There is no phone in the house. 3.) Batteries were not in the TV remote, we had to go out and buy some! 4.) The # of people it sleeps is overinflated because one of the 'bed-rooms' is on the second floor over the garage and is not air-conditioned. This bedroom adjoins the master bedroom. 5.)It is not luxury or gorgeous. The decore is from the late '70s or early 80's.

A Perfect Getaway

September 6, 2008

This home is absolutely gorgeous. The appliances were spectacular. The only thing that I saw wrong was that it wasn't cleaned very well before we got there. there was lots of sand on the floor and also pieces of popcorn all over the place. Toys were also strewn about the yard area and around the pool. Certainly nothing enough to ruin a vacation, but something for future reference. The home was a short walk to the beach and is in a nice quiet seaside community. I would definitely return, possibly to another house to see the differences.
