Description of the Virginia Beach vacation home rental

Rent this house for your out of town guests, whether it's a wedding, a golf trip, your family reunion or any event requiring more room than you have at home. You'll have a wonderful stay in our 5 BR house w/pillared porch on large, beautifully landscaped fenced lot in cul-de-sac in quiet neighborhood. 24 ft above ground pool, 4 season Sunroom leads to lower level of deck and pool, eat in Kitchen overlooking deck and pool, Den w/fireplace, washer and dryer, 2 1/2 baths and 1/2 pool bath. Sleeps 13 (4Q,2D,1T)

Private home w/onsite caretakers. We supply linens, soap, kleenex and toilet tissue in the bathrooms. Other than food shopping at nearby grocery stores, you just walk in and start planning your day. Relax after a busy day by riding bikes through the neighborhood. Take the kids to the park, only a block from the house on sidewalks down a cozy street. Come back to a cook out and a dip in the pool.

Far enough away to avoid "tourist pricing" yet centrally located about 15 minutes to Oceanfront and Sandbridge beaches. 10 minutes from Va Aquarium and Oceanbreeze Fun Park. Within minutes of golf courses (Hells Point, Arnold Palmers Signature Golf Course, Heron's Ridge, Stumpy Lake to name a few). 1 1/2 hours to Busch Gardens. Walking distance to several shopping centers and restaurants. Military families and those on TAD will find this convenient. Within 5 minutes to Dam Neck Naval Base and about 10 minutes from Oceanna.

The pictures do not do the house justice. The house was much better. Plenty of room and clean. I loved the pool and backyard area, even had a bbq. Excellent location. Shopping within walking distance. Accessible to Busch Gardens, the beack and Kings Dominion. Would definitely rent again.
