Located just short 3 blocks to the oceanfront beach, boardwalk, dining, fireworks displays, 'BeachStreet' live entertainment for the family plus shopping and easy access to highways and other areas of interest.
Four bedrooms will sleep up to 8. This home offers private front and back entrances, private reserved and free parking, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, large open rooms, large windows for lots of natural light, deck off the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, jetted tub in master, tiled bathrooms, walk in closet, fireplace, tiled, wood and carpeted floors, custom wood trim throughout and more. Premium mattresses on all beds. TV/cable, phone. Full size washer and dryer in laundry room. Games, books and DVD movies provided for your entertainment. Kitchen includes most everything you'd have in your kitchen at home. Outdoor grilling available. Large play area with volleyball set up. Linens may be rented or brought from home.
In order to keep this home in top notch condition smoking, animals and groups/house parties are not permitted. Come to enjoy vacation and relax at this luxury resort beach townhome.
