Bring your boat or use the two canoes or skiff for some fishing or crabbing in the bay. A Roleez beach wheeled cart will take all that is needed for you along with the kayak that is on a cart for your days on the beach. Tour the neighborhood on the bikes waiting for you at this sparkling home. Plenty of deck space on three levels of the home for relaxing. A new rec room on the first floor with a pool,ping pong , air hockey table ,2nd refrigerator ,wet bar and 5th bath. With the two enclosed outdoor showers,diving in the sand on the volleyball court will be part of the fun. Stay cool with the two zone geothermal hvac that will not keep you from hearing the waves of the ocean crash on the beach, all components are in the house. Area Description

The home is located in southern Virginia Beach at the beginning of the narrow strip of sand that becomes the outer banks of North Carolina. To the east, the ocean, to the west , Back Bay. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. The Back BAY National Wildlife Scantuary is a bike ride away with trails that will take you for hours of exploring. Further south is the location of False Cape State Park that is only accessible by bike, boat or by walking. An area were you can see wild horses and plenty of wildlife. The name of this fantastic house came from this section of the beach and the small fishing village of Wash Woods. The Virginia Beach oceanfront and boardwalk is 25 minutes north and shopping is closer than that. Rental rates for remaining weeks this season have been reduced, book now and save.
