Three bedrooms are located on the third floor. On the second floor, a large kitchen opens to a sizeable counter bar, dining area, and entertainment room housing a 31” TV, home stereo and combination VHS/DVD player. But don’t expect to spend much time in here once you’ve seen the rest of the house.
The adjacent grand living room with floor to ceiling windows that span the entire width of the house offers abundant sunlight all day long and fantastic views of the secluded, custom designed pool and spa. Downstairs on the first floor, the well-appointed sun room provides a haven from the summer heat, sliding glass open-air access to the backyard pool/spa area, above ground hot tub, two more bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Far too many amenities to list here with over 4,600 square feet of living space and parking for up to seven vehicles; more than enough space to accommodate even the largest group.
