Description of the Virginia Beach vacation home rental

This House Rents SATURDAY to SATURDAY. Enjoy BRAND NEW 10 BEDROOM BEACH HOME. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets every sunny day here in Southern Virginia Beach, Va. This beautiful house is located in a quiet culdesak and sits right on Scenic Back Bay. Plus it's only about 300 feet from the Ocean, so you get the best of both worlds. You'll be in a very quiet neighborhood and away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Fish right off your own private dock or get in the canoe and paddle out and enjoy the calm waters of beautiful Back Bay. You'll also enjoy your own private heated pool during the cooler months of May & October.

The Ground Floor: Will have a large game room with a Pool Table and Foosball Table. It also has a Firplace and a Large LCD Flat Screen TV and Wet Bar. The is a laundry room with Two Washers & Two Dryers and Five Bedrooms

The Second Floor: Will have a large Kitchen & Wet Bar and seating for at least 22 Guests, maybe more. Two Refrigerators, Two Dishwashers and the Newest Style Slide In Range plus and Over the Range Microwave. It also will have a large Great Room overlooking the Great Back Bay and Thre more Bedrooms.

The Third Floor: Will have another gathering spot, again overlooking the Great Back Bay. You will also have a theatre area with multi-level seating. There will be two huge Master Bedrooms with unbelievable views. Each will have a King Size Bed & a Day Bed.

Area Information

The great thing about Sandbridge is it's quaint surroundings. There very little in the way of commercial build out, so it much quieter than North Virgina Beach, yet it's literally only seven to nine miles away from a large shopping area with 20+ eating establishments, a Wal-Mart, Target, Bloom and a Cinema with 13 Theatres.

Again, you're on the water of Back Bay, yet only steps to the Ocean with nice wide beaches. If you like to fish and want more options than fishing off your own dock, there is a Commercial Pier just a couple hundred yards from the house.

If you like eating out and you don't feel like driving, there's a Restaurant about a quarter mile away with Live Music and Great Seafood.

There are three very good restaurants right in Sandbridge that you can enjoy all of which are within 3 miles of the home. There are more than 20 more just a few short miles away. If you like really good homemade donuts, the local and privately owned grocery store makes them fresh daily.

The best beach house ever!!

July 28, 2012

We stayed in the house for a week and had ages from 3 years old through people in their 70's. Everyone there loved the house, the pool(which kids can eat breakfast and go right out back), the comfortable beds and the surroundings. The walk to the beach was so short and there was no trouble with beach access at all. The owner is such a pleasure to deal with and the home is like something out of a magazine it is so great. We all loved it and would rent it again! We all said that we would love the opportunity to tell others how awesome the house is! You will not be disappointed.

"Girlfriend Getaway"

February 21, 2012

I booked this house for 14 women to enjoy a getaway and that is exactly what happened. We are local, but Sandbridge gives us a feeling of being away. The beds were amazing and so comfortable. The decor was lovely and very welcoming. The theater was fantastic & we enjoyed watching several movies. There was plenty of space in the dining room to eat. So much laughter was had over the past weekend and I could not have picked a better home for our getaway. We would so come back to this house next year!!!

Best Beach Vacation Ever!

We have been going to Outer Banks for the last 10 years and this year was by far the best beach vacation ever! Sandbridge will be our future beach destination from now on! The home Bay Breeze was outstanding in every way. It has everything that vacationers could possibly need. The beds were the most comfortable that we have ever experienced in a rental property. The home and the pool was the perfect size for a large family like ours. Our choice for our family reunion is spent at the beach where we have family travel from MI, OH, NY, NJ, MA and VA. The theatre room kept our kids entertained each evening where bowls of popcorn was consumed! The pool table and foosball table kept the teenagers/young adults occupied till wee hours in the morning. The canoe opened up a new dimension to our vacation with us seeing dolphins, sharks, sea turtles, sting rays, a huge manta ray and tons of fish. The dock was used for fishing and a great location to take pictures of family with the sun setting in the background. The kitchen/dining room had enough tables and chairs for us all to eat together and to have 4 games of cards going at the same time! The bay view from the home is absolutely gorgeous with many rooms sharing that view. The name Bay Breeze couldn't fit this home better. There was a lovely breeze even when the temperature was up to 100 which kept the heat bearable. We plan on returning to Bay Breeze again and again. It would even be a great place to rent during the off season due to the view, the amentities, the comfort and the 2 fireplaces! I highly recommend this home for anyone who wants to have a wonderful beach vacation. Sandbridge is one of the prettiest beaches we have visited! The water was so clear that you could see the bottom of the ocean floor 400 feet out! There aren't alot of waves which could be a downfall but we took advantage of the calmness of the water by renting a paddle board and using the canoe to explore the ocean. The sand was clean and perfect for building sandcastles keeping the kids occupied for hours. We can't wait to return next year! Thank you for building Bay Breeze and convincing us that once we went to Sandbridge beach, we would not return to Outer Banks but make Sandbridge our new vacation hotspot for years to come!!! You were right!
