You're Going to Love This Place Again and Again

Where boardwalk ends and fun begins. Highly furnished Studio Condominium. Enjoy the beautiful location at the north end of the boardwalk but know you are a short walk away from all action, fun and entertainment. Quaint 42 unit complex is not one of big, faceless high raise buildings but features a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

The Condo is an efficiancy which sleeps 2-4 people. There is a flat screen TV (yes, we have cable), DVD player and all the amentities to make you comfortable during your stay. We have a fabulous private front lawn between the building and the ocean with tables and chairs as well as a back deck for grilling and eating and a great, refreshing pool.

Enjoy eating in or eating out?? The choice is completely yours. There is a complete kitchen which is fully equipped yet within a few minutes from hundreds of the greatest restaurants. One of the VA Beach’s best restaurants is located at the property itself. EAT.

Our guests have their own parking area at property.

Area Information

Virginia Beach has done a wonderful job of attracting visitors with it's endless fairs, concerts and festivals along the board walk from spring till fall and it is only a short way away. Music is featured nightly starting at 31st St. and at various other locations along the boardwalk.

Guests can rent bikes, roller blades, jog or simply stroll down the board walk or take the trolley or bus which passes directly in front of our building. Easy transportation.

For kids there is a big amusement park on 17th st. and plenty of miniature golf, souvenineer shops, and other attractions.

Lynnhaven Mall is huge and a great visit on a rainy day. We are located only an hour from Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens.

Great Location !!!

We stayed in another of her units. I believe the one listed on here is the ocean front condo. We stayed in one with an ocean view and a pool view. It was clean and nicely decorated. Full kitchen, one large futon and a small futon. The small one was good for our daughter, but an adult would not fit in it. I was concerned that we were going to be cramped with 2 adults and 2 small kids, but we were able to make it work. We watched dolphins from the porch and I was able to walk down to the beach to get a video of them within a minute. It was great being so close and the end of the boardwalk is much less crowded than the middle. There's a 7-11 across the street and restaurants and shops about a ten minute walk away ( I didn't time it, but it isn't too bad). We didn't eat at the restaurant attached to the complex. The jets are very loud, the go right over top, but the advantages of staying there outweigh the disadvantages by FAR! Everything worked well inside the condo, the shower head was excellent, the air conditioner worked great. The queen futon wasn't the most comfortable bed, but it wasn't the worst and we slept ok. There wasn't wifi available, but we did pick up an unsecured signal and used it for Netflix for the kids. The pool was great and gets very warm when it is hot out. There are washers and dryers, I didn't have any trouble doing laundry. My regret is that we never used their ocean front lawn with chairs and tables. Oceans II is a small and quiet ocean front complex, definitely recommended!!!

Dolphins Everyday!

This was a Great Place to stay. 1st property N. of the Boardwalk which was wonderful. Dolphins every day right out the window...:)

Thanks Debbie. There is nothing more relaxing than sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean in it's many phases. The dophins are always an added bonus as they love to show off as they swim by. Hope to see you again next year.
