As enchanting as the beautiful sea, our newest and most exquisite luxury rental will serenade you with unsurpassed ocean views, grandiose decks and gathering rooms, beautiful décor, and a backdrop perfect for a family vacation, special event or wedding. Bella Vita di Mare offers a vacation experience unlike most vacation rentals. An eleven bedroom coastal mansion with a beautiful indoor heated pool and outdoor pool, both with gorgeous views. The indoor pool has sliding doors which can be opened in the warmer months. Expansive decks surrounding the outdoor pool offer the perfect place for entertaining your guests, or to be entertained by the ever changing channel of the sea. Dolphins, swooping gulls and soaring pelicans are just a few of the daily delights. The bedrooms are located on each of the three floors, five King Suites with private baths, two Queen Suites with private baths, two bedrooms with two double beds in each, and two “children’s bunk rooms”, each with a girl or boy theme. One of the first floor bedrooms is handicapped friendly, with a ramp and separate entrance as well as a private handicapped friendly bathroom. An elevator is available to make getting around easy for all. Multiple gathering areas are beautifully appointed with designer décor, gas fireplaces, large flat screen TV’s and of course a splendid view of the sea! A theater room with seating for 15 allows you to watch a movie or cheer on your favorite team in style! Other amenities only found in upscale vacation rentals include a gym overlooking the indoor pool, a small library complete with books and wireless internet access, and a billiards room. Beautiful hardwood floors as well as stone and tile throughout the home. Whether you are vacationing with your extended family or enjoying a family reunion, retreat or wedding, the gourmet kitchen will accommodate your needs effortlessly. Commercial grade kitchen appliances include two large capacity refrigerators, two dishwashers, and double ovens. The granite counters offer areas to prepare and present your meals, and the large dining tables will accommodate everyone in the same room. A convenient kitchenette for extra food and beverage storage as well as a great place to grab a cold drink and a snack while at the pool or on the beach. There are several great deck features, too, with an indoor/outdoor cabana, grilling station, and divided areas which allow for a perfect wedding set up. Other amenities include a hot tub, ping pong, foosball, and an outdoor hot and cold shower.
