This apartment style studio condo is small but intimately sleeps 2 adults comfortably, has a queen size bed, and a hideaway sleeper cot stored in brown leather ottoman with lots of extra linens. There is a clock radio, color tv, dvd player and telephone. NEW DVD LIBRARY. The free local and long distance telephone service will save you money compared to staying in a hotel. It has a full kitchen with full refrigerator,range and oven burner, pots, pans, rice cooker, dishes, silverware, toaster, microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker and heavy duty blender. Also iron, ironing board, broom and cleaners. The kitchen will save you money. Hi speed internet and WIFI available!!! Parking is $5 a day based on availability. You will enjoy visiting because of your proximity to Wakiki beach, and ocean activities, shopping (Ala Moana Shopping Center), ABC and Food Pantry grocery stories, night life, restaurants and of course live entertainment. The unit is one block to the beach and (Waikiki) is just 25 minutes from the airport. The unit is located at 2450 Koa Avenue. Please call or email me with any questions or concerns. Cancellation Policy: Reservation cancellations 30 days or more prior to your arrival will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date there is no refund.
Deposits: A $100 hold will be place on your credit card during your stay and returned to you minus any damages fees.
Other Fees: $80 cleaning fee
Other Policies: Price is based on double occupancy. Add $50 per person per night after two people.
