Our condos are located only a block from the International Marketplace and two blocks from Waikiki beach.
Address: 364 Seaside Avenue, Waikiki 96815. Mapquest the location for a better idea oaf the neighborhood and proximity to the ocean.
Stylishly decorated with Indonesian mahogany furniture, teak dresser, deluxe queen sized pillow top bed, and full sized sleeper sofa.
Rate includes complimentary covered, secured, and assigned parking in The Marine Surf Waikiki as well as local phone calls, and calls to the US mainland, Canada and US territories, and Internet access.
Our rate is $89/ night, a one time $65 cleaning fee, plus tax (14.962%).
Take away all the hassles and stay in our condo in paradise. Easy to book and easy to pay. We ask for a $100 deposit to secure your reservation, the remainder is due upon arrival.
Enjoy preparing meals in a full kitchen, equipped with all of the essentials, including a full sized refrigerator with freezer, oven, 3 burner range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans and dishes. The large refrigerator and freezer provide more than adequate space for food and beverages.
Quality designer linens, towels, and beach towels provided. We also have a community washer and dryer on every floor of the building so have the luxury of being able to freely wash your clothes.
Enjoy your private lanai and two very relaxing swivel rocking chairs.
Renovated with new flooring throughout, new bathroom renovations, new lighting, ceiling fan with light and dimmer switch, brand new sleeper sofa, and wall mounted flat screen TV..

Love the location and the price! One of my favorites was the Starbucks right across the street :) Happy mornings! The free parking was INVALUABLE (don't get a car bigger than a jeep or it wont fit under the clearing in the parking garage!) Would stay there again in a second!

Five years ago my hubby and I stayed here when we were married. We enjoyed Carl's place so much we returned for our 5 year anniversary. It's definitely a home away from home. The room is clean, great location, beautiful views and parking is a bonus! Even though it's not needed, having A/C available (I like sleeping to the hum) and all the kitchen appliances needed are nice. I also suggest stopping by Mateo's cafe for coffee and breakfast sandwich. Should we return I hope to stay here again.

This was definitely a home away from home! This place had everything you need for your stay. It is small but very cozy and all we needed for our honeymoon. When we arrived to the place there were flowers, music, chocolates and champagne to celebrate our honeymoon. Carl and his associates did everything to make our stay in Waikiki the best trip my husband and i have been on. I would recommend this place to anyone and if in Waikiki again we would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for a week. The unit has some extras like beach chairs, towels, coolers...etc. It was recently redone and the floors are new, fixtures and kitchen are decent and bed is comfy. We used to live in Oahu so our primary goal was to explore the island and we basically just slept there and ate breakfasts at home. The street noise can be loud, but the location cannot be beat. It is a short walk to most of the places in waikiki, and the beach. As an added bonus, a Ross just opened across the street where you can find inexpensive souvenirs.

We just returned from Waikiki . The condo was in an excellent location as we did not have to rent a car even though there is parking available. Carl made sure our stay was comfortable and like a second home..He had Orchids laid out throughout the condo with Hawaiian music playing when we arrived.. The linens were great and the bed very comfortable. A great place to stay for (2) even though the couch makes into a bed (4). The condo has everything you might need for your stay and for the beach. Bus line is across the street (very convenient). I would recommend staying here and we will be staying there again on our next trip to the islands. Thanks Carl for helping make our vacation great.

We booked this fantastic condo for a short leg of our honeymoon. Carl was quick to respond via email and was also available on the phone to answer any questions as well. Upon arriving, Carl walked us through where to park (included!), how to access the building, gave us some info the amenities (e.g. pool & internet access), and even gave us a quick blurb about Waikiki. The condo was everything we thought it would be and more. Located on Seaside between two of Waikiki's major streets, we were able to get around on foot with no problems. Everything was within walking distance: coffee, food, world-class shopping, groceries, and of course to the beach. We would most definitely recommend this condo to any of our family and friends - we even called them to boast about how fabulous it was (free long distance to US and Canada!). Thank you Carl for making our stay in Waikiki an enjoyable one. Hope we will be able to rent from you again!

My husband and I and our two small children ( 2 and 4) had the greatest time in Hawaii!!! I can't wait to go back next year, God willing. This room was cozy. Location was great and the extras like beach towels, chairs, mats, were nice. We had our keys sent to us to let ourselves in. The only thing we had trouble with was that we had never used a fob before and didn't know how to get in the building or use the elevator. Thankfully someone should us what to do. Thanx so much for the accomadations!! The best vacation we have ever had!!!

Very comfortable home-away-from home, centrally located in Waikiki. Very reasonable price. Upscale linens and bed made for a comfortable sleep. Street noise is minimized and was easy to sleep through with the fan or AC running. Enjoyed having sand chairs, ice chest and beach towels available. We would definitely stay there again.

This condo is a great place to stay in Waikiki. It is centrally located, comfortable and nicely decorated. We've stayed here twice and will look to stay here first when we return. The condo had all the amenities of home and Carl is extremely wonderful to work with. He will make sure that you have an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

I booked this unit before coming back for a visit. I grew up on Oahu and there were a lot of things I wanted to accomplish on this trip- eating all my favorite foods, seeing friends and family, re-visiting some of my favorite destinations; Arizona Memorial, Hawaiian historial sites, Waimanalo Beach, and of course just ambling around Waikiki. So, I was very particular about the type of room and amenities I wanted. A kitchenette, easily accessible and safe parking, walking distance to all the Waikiki restaurants and beaches we wanted to visit, updated furnishings and electronics, very clean and affordable. And this unit was exactly what I was looking for. Carl went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, the views spectacular. I just loved to sit and watch the rain roll in from the mounatins. And whether you're travelling by car or foot, the condo is in a perfect location. I HIGHLY reccomend staying here! Dont' miss, Duke's restaurant (Waikiki) for breakfast/brunch! Lilliha Bakery for Guava cake, Leonard's Bakery (Kapahulu) for Malasadas (portugese doughnuts) and L&L for a terrific local plate lunch!

Thank you for such a wonderful condo to stay in. We had a fabulous time. The condo really was in a great location, being very close to the bus stop and also to the beach. We enjoyed the views, and also how clean the condo was. My husband enjoyed the flat screen TV. The bed was very soft and comfortable and the furnishings and wood floor made the stay very relaxing. We would definintly stay there again and would reccomend it to our friends. Thanks!

Carl, just wanted to say how much we loved our stay at your Condo. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the Wakiki beach, Buses to the Airport and other places and the shops were just a foot step away. The condo was very clean and exactly what you portayed on the web and convienient to everything we needed to go. This location can't be beat. It's right in the middle of Waikiki, a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Also on a main bus line so no need for a car. Carl has made the apartment a very comfortable place to stay and I would certainly stay here on a future visit to Hawaii.

had to request locks on sliders not notified of rules and regulations ROACHES not very nice think a partial refund would be in order mountain slider not able to use unable to use fridge totaly as couldn`t open door fully pots and pans were a discrace dishes and silverware were a discrace also finally woyld not recomend to anyone too small for a condo classification

This is by far one of the best places to stay in Waikiki! Right in the heart of Waikiki plus all the amenities that you need! Barely a 5 min. walk to the beach, seconds from shopping, markets, dining, bars, clubs, malls, freeways (by car)! Plus FREE parking! I stayed here from July 16~23rd, 2007, and it was the best vacation of my life, in part because of the great location of this condition! I'm absolutely serious! And plus it's a fraction of the price of regular hotels which often times provide nothing but a bed. This place is a steal for what you get! Thank you Carl!! Hopefully, I'll be doing business with you once a year, if you're not already booked! Thanks for making it so easy.
