Description of the Waikiki vacation condo rental

Enjoy the privacy and comfort of your own completely refurnished studio condominium in the heart of Waikiki. Located at the corner of Seaside and Kuhio Avenues at 364 Seaside Avenue; only a block from the International Marketplace and a block and a half from Waikiki beach. Stylishly decorated with brand new Indonesian mahogany furniture, deluxe queen sized bed, and queen sized sofa sleeper. This condo is very comfortable and feels more like a home than a hotel room. The full kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials, a full sized refrigerator, oven, 3 burner range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Linens and towels provided. Enjoy your private lanai and the wonderful trade winds. Brand new air conditioner installed March of this year! New granite counter top vanity also installed in bathroom in May.
This is a non-smoking unit.

The condo is literally in the heart of everything and is on the bus line. There is low and high end shopping, restaurants, galleries, coffee shops, and nightclubs in the neighborhood. A large grocery store is only three blocks away. The beach is a block and a half away and the International marketplace is only a block away. The Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center is one block away. The bus line is across the street from the building.

• Deposits: $100 required deposit to secure reservation. To reserve the condo email us and ask for a reservation request form. If the dates are available when we receive the completed request form we will send you a confirmation. We will also send a detailed list of our condo policies and check out procedure. There is a $4.50 charge for all deposits made via paypal from non-residents of the US.
   
• Other Fees: A one time $65 cleaning fee is required. Parking is available for $5.00/day. There is a $5.00/night per person for more than two guests, four person maximum.

If you're looking to stay in Waikiki, this unit cannot be beat. It is in central Waikiki in the middle of all the action. It is beautifully decorated, comes with parking and is very safe. Thank you Carl!

This is by far one of the best places to stay in Waikiki! Right in the heart of Waikiki plus all the amenities that you need! Barely a 5 min. walk to the beach, seconds from shopping, markets, dining, bars, clubs, malls, freeways (by car)! Plus FREE parking! I stayed here from July 16~23rd, 2007, and it was the best vacation of my life, in part because of the great location of this condition! I'm absolutely serious! And plus it's a fraction of the price of regular hotels which often times provide nothing but a bed. This place is a steal for what you get! Thank you Carl!! Hopefully, I'll be doing business with you once a year, if you're not already booked! Thanks for making it so easy.
