If you book our Oceanview Kauai house for 60 days or more, we'll throw in a 2-3 night at the Sky Penthouse for just $99.

With only two oceanfront buildings that can be privately owned, this is by far the best there is. No one wants to cross a busy street or deal with the traffic to get to the sand.

The "Sky Penthouse" is an amazing million dollar two bedroom, luxury executive penthouse located on the oceanfront of Waikiki Beach. This unit has recently been totally, and we mean totally, remodeled from the bare studs up to create a sophisticated, elegant yet tropical retreat that is unsurpassed in Waikiki.

This amazing unit has Italian travertine floors throughout, gorgeous gourmet kitchen with custom maple cabinets, granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. The large livingroom has raised nine foot ceilings faux painted with the sky, hence the name "The Sky Penthouse". Custom Maple/Cherry entertainment center and wall unit in the living room come equipped with flat screen High Definition cable TV, stereo, DVD and a reading library of books.

The built-in work station is perfect for travelling businessmen who want to do some work with the free wireless high speed internet while watching the whales pass outside the unit length windows and balcony. The couch is also a queen-size sofa-bed for extra guests and the dining room has a expandable Japanese dining table for those who like to entertain.

The large master bedroom with its nine foot sky ceiling is outfitted with a luxurious California king cherry wood bed, custom Cherry wood closets, beautiful Cherry end tables with reading lamps from Indonesia and full length glass sliders that open to the balcony. Stayed here the last week of August, 2009 - super nice 23rd floor penthouse with tons of space and superb views all around from the THREE lanais! Well maintained and managed - owners are the best! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat - not to be missed.

We stayed for a week in April with our two kids, ages 18 and 20. The location was fantastic! Price was very reasonable considering the fact that it had a full kitchen, laundry, and two bedrooms. The owner was fantastic when I had to rescheduleour trip at the last minute. I totally recommend doing business with Scott. He will treat you with respect. The condo was great, had everything we needed, plenty of towels, etc. Very nicely decorated. We would love to return, but think we will try his Kauai property next!

We enjoyed our stay in this Condo. There were small drawbacks such as the slow elevators and some construction; but the comfort and beautiful state of the unit made up for any other inconviences. The view was great and once the construction is finished it will be just about perfect. The neighboring hotel's lagoon was under renovation and we were disapointed not the see all the great improvements that were going to be in place soon. It will be a much shorter and more picturesce walk to the Waikiki beach side. It was very convenient to have a great kitchen and do some cooking in instead of eating out every meal. We had a great time and would stay here again given the opportunity.
