Newly Renovated *** Beautiful, deluxe, 625 sqft.ONE bedroom condo. NEW Twin beds in bedroom (can be joined to make King size). Queen size "Murphy Bed" or wall bed in Living room. Kitchen has full size fridge and stove, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, etc. 4pc bathroom w/tub and shower. Air conditioner plus ceiling fans. Great condo and fantastic owner

My husband and our 2 children stayed at this condo for a week and loved it. Communication with the owner was great, she was very quick in responding and went above and beyond in answering all my questions and concerns as I only had 5 reviews to go on and have a husband that is a bit of a clean freak and picky in taste:) We were not dissapointed by any means,the unit was very clean, the kitchen had absolutely everything, the beds were both very comfortable( had queen and king), the unit was modern and bright and the balcony overlooked the pool and common area and had small ocean view.We even had 2 lounge chairs, an umbrella and boogy boards and snorkels at the unit. Most of all this building is amazing for families, so practical from the coffee store/sandwich place in lobby that opens at 5am and has fresh smoothies and snacks and great coffee to the fact that me and my husband could lounge by the pool while the kids played with other kids in pool,playground, played basketball and tennis. The beach was only a 3-5 min walk( one block) and we were happy that it was the part of the beach that had a wall to protect the beach from the waves so that the kids could swim without any currents.Starbucks was 5 min away and the business on the main shopping area was also 5-10 min away. Everyone at the building was super friendly relaxed and yet the building was extremely well run,clean and had everything you needed. Don't let the out dated pool fool you,yes it could get some new lounge chairs or have the green carpeted area updated but is was perfect.The water temperature was perfect, the fact that you had so many options from barbecuing close to the pool to the kids playing in playground, the pool gets both sun and shade all day which is great as some pools are shaded from other buildings and most of all we met some great people. We actually wanted to extend our stay as everything was so easy about being there but the owner had new guests arriving the day we left. Overall, we would definitely return to this unit as it is great value for what you get, nice and modern, clean, in a great location and the owner was excellent to deal with.Hope you enjoy it as much as we did:)

This condo is a great bargain. The condo is comfortable and well maintained and is in a convinent location - less than 5 minutes and the heart of Waikiki. The facilities are great - lots of kitchen space and the kitchen is well equipped. It has a nice baclony and is part of a hotel. The hotel is well maintained and has a nice pool and hottub. I definitely recommend this place.

Hawaii it's beautiful, I will go back again. The condo it's big and have a kitchen, very convenient. Nice swimming pool and one block away from Waikiki beach.
