Affordable luxury at The Royal Moana. A few minutes walk to Waikiki Beach. Your home away from home! We manage the whole building so there are 6 identical luxury one bedroom condos available and one luxury studio. If you are looking at this site you are probably one of the people who have realized that the price for a hotel room in Waikiki is ridiculous. Not only is it expensive but, you don 't get quality or size like this place unless you are spending at least $200 a night.And that is without a kitchen!

Our staff prides ourselves in the beautiful condition of this property as well as the 'Aloha we have towards our guests. Anyway, here are some details. This cozy four story executive style building (The Royal Moana at 240 Liliuokalani Ave.) is perfect for a trip for business or just lying around and enjoying your vacation.

Everyone who stays here comments on how nice the condo is for such a reasonable price! Luxury is the best way to describe the condo. We spared no expense on the remodeling every unit with marble floors and granite countertops. Tasteful furnishings were shipped right from Indonesia. The pictures below speak for themselves. As you can see in the amenities there is everything you need to make your stay comfortable including FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, A/C (which is a must for Hawaii) Queen bed, Phone, Cable TV, DVD player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Cooking and eating utensils, Linens, Coffee maker, and more. Please inquire about the beach accessories such as Boogie Boards and snorkel gear that is available.

My fiance and I stayed at the Royal Moana from the 13th-20th of August. It was nice, clean and very spacious, and only a 5 minute walk or less from Waikiki Beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, so we were able to cook most of our meals. We felt right at home when we were there. The condo is located in a pretty safe area of Waikiki and we had no problem walking around that area at night. We look forward to staying there again during any future trips to Honolulu and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The reason i write this review after traveling to many places in the world ,i was expecting something out of order for the price i bargain in a big city ,i am tired of big prices which i dont mind paying but sometimes suprises are call upon these prices i felt like i was home with no harassment clean ready to stay,top quality near the waikiki beach where i have stayed and payed prices you would not belive i payed,I highly rercomend and dare to say there are few places you would find with order dicipline that youre family deserves,I am going to recomended the place and i would stay again.

We stayed at this great condo last week (March 25th-April 2nd) and were extremely satisfied with our decision. Renting a condo has many positive attributes that far exceed what any hotel can offer. The condo was 3 blocks to the center of Waikiki Beach, which is a perfect spot for doing a variety of activities. Our particular apartment was very nicely furnished with full kitchen and all the amenities. This spot comes highly recommended (I have already told a few friends and family that are visiting the island) and I will forsure be a repeat customer. Enjoy!
