This remodeled luxury ocean view condo is located only half a block from Waikiki Beach. The condo has a full sized kitchen with new stainless appliances and granite counters. It has new floorings, designer furniture, new bathrooms, a big screen LCD TV, and Wi-Fi. This corner unit has windows in every room and offers a panaramic view of the beach and Waikiki. The large lanai faces the ocean.

great location, condo and owners

We highly recommend this vacation home. The owners are terrific to deal with and the condo is well-maintained with upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed the convenience of everything supplied in this suite – the fully-equipped kitchen, the well-stocked linen cabinet, in-suite laundry facilities, the beach gear, and the exceptional view from the lanai. Whether we were chillin' in the suite, preparing a meal, strapping on beach gear or packing for a tour, we found everything that we needed close at hand and in excellent working condition. Thank you to Tom and Greg for this convenient and comfortable vacation home.

The condo was everything we expected and more. It was very clean and we didn't lack for anything. There were even a few staples in the kitchen cupboards. The building was quiet and close to the ocean; an ABC store was next door. And most importantly, Tom and Greg were a pleasure to deal with. We certainly would rent one of their properties again on a return visit to Hawaii.

We had a wonderful stay and did not want to leave! The condo has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable (the bed in the master bedroom is incredible). The location is amazing, only steps away from the beach, shops, restaurants, Zoo and Aquarium. Tom and Greg were very helpful. It was just perfect!!

Great unit, great location and amazing lanai view. We had Christmas and New Year in Waikiki and were lucky to find this place. It is really well fitted out and great value for money. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach, a really nice walk to the main shops and right on the bus route for further out. The owners were really good to deal with, nothing was too much trouble.

Tom: I just wanted to say how much we LOVED your condo. Greg was great about meeting us with the keys and following up periodically to see if we needed anything. I loved the location at the end of Waikiki so it didn't feel so commercial and yet was right in the thick of things. One day we booked a tour and just had to cross the street to the Marriott to be picked up. The restaurants, shopping and beach were all so convenient. And one day we walked the short walk to the Aquarium which was a fabulous aquarium! We appreciated all the lovely updated appliances and hardwood floors and updated bathrooms! (Very nice!) And I also want to thank you for all you had in the way of supplies there! Everything from measuring cups, corkscrew, to beach towels & mats! We had everything we needed! And we felt the price was so terrific too! We couldn't have been happier!! I will recommend your condo to anyone I know who is going to Hawaii. If we ever go back, you can bet that I'll be looking you up! Thanks again for everything!
