Description of the Waikiki vacation condo rental
Large 1-bedroom at the Waikiki Banyan with full kitchen,
living area, dining area, and lanai with beautiful ocean
and diamond head views. You can walk to famous Waikiki
beach, zoo, aquarium, and all Waikiki attractions.
Building has great recreation deck with large swimming pool,
two hot tubs, Bar-B-Que, tennis, putting green, basketball, and a playground for the children.
A coffee shop and convenience store is located in the lobby.
Laundry faciliites are on every floor. Parking is included.
Internet not included in room, but available in the lobby
and the coffee shop.

Great Stay

We stayed here in Oct for 22 nights and was great. Sarah was excellent in meeting us to check in at a very early hour. Thank you Sarah! Room was clean, no bugs. The only negative thing I could say was that the balcony is very unsafe, I would not let my children go out there let alone us. If the price stayed low I would book this room again. Love the Banyan, perfect for families, central and very clean. Would recommend this !

This was a great deal! I stayed with my family of 5 for a week. Free internet, free parking, full kitchen, cable, major pluses in my book. We only ate out at a restaurant twice. Like everybody before me has said, it's close to the beach and everything. Of course you always learn things for the next trip. The Waikiki Banyon hotel does not consider you a guest, so if you need change for the laundry they will not give it to you. The little lobby store and coffee shop are hesitant to give you any as well. Just be prepared to get your change from some place else. And you can not use your debit card at the little lobby store unless you spend at least $10. Other then that I have no complaints. We will definitely stay again.

This unit worked out great for our trip to Oahu. It was close to the beach, included great parking. The condo was clean and well supplied. It was a great place at a good price. Convenient in and out of the parking and easy access to main roads and other areas on the island

We have stayed in other units of the Bayan. But this unit is the best for the following reasons: 1) it's clean, 2) it faces Diamond Head, with a good view of the ocean as well, 3) Sarah was quick in response to our requests including the use of her modem for wireless Internet connection for free! Our kids loved the swimming pool on the 6th floor.

Great stay at an affordable price

i was very satisfied with our room. decent view and great walk from all the shops around waikiki. We had a party of 6 and being able to accomadate 6 to a room was fantastic and just what we wanted. The room was fully furnished and having the full kitchen was a plus, we saved a lot of money instead of spending about $100 each time we ate out. Glad we booked with sarah at the waikiki banyan and looking forward to book our trip again next year.

We have stayed at this condo for summer vacation 2010 and 2011 and we loved the unit and the location. Nice ocean views from the unit and so convienent to beach, bus and shopping. Excellent sleeping arrangement for a family of 4 with the 2 double beds and the hide-a-bed couch which are very comfortable. We will be back as soon as possible.

5 of us spent a week in this condo and had a wonderful time. The Banyon is walking distance to the beach. The free parking is a real plus in this busy area. There is a washer and dryer on the floor. You will need to collect quarters wherever you go as there is no change machine and no place to make change. The Coffee House was a nice place to access WIFI. Definately a good value for the price!

We stayed in this condo for a week. The full kitchen is a big plus!! It was clean and stocked with everything you could need. The parking included is a HUGE plus as Waikiki parking is pretty sparse and pricey! I would definitely stay in this space again!

I stayed for a week in this unit with my wife and three teen-age kids and much to my surprise there was plenty of room for the time we spent there. I liked the fact that we could park for free and all of loved the pool and hot tubs on the 6th floor deck. I would definitely recommend it.

Great place to stay and very conveinent to shopping centers and the beach. Great view. The Price was reasonable. If you want a comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price, then look no further. I just wished there weren't so many one-way streets while driving around down town. I almost went the wrong way on some of them. Oops!! ; )

My two sons (in their 20's) and I stayed for six days and 5 nights in this condo and were all very happy with the accomodations. Each of us slept very comfortably. My son didn't even pull out the sofa bed since the sofa itself was very comfortable! We turned off the AC one afternoon and the winds were incredible! The lanai is large enough for all 3 of us to sit out and enjoy the views of the beach, Diamond Head and the city lights! I am interested in staying again--hopefully soon! Thanks Sarah, you were very helpful and made everything just right!

Well worth the money...

We stayed in this unit for ten days in February. Overall satisfaction was very high. The unit had everything we needed for the short periods of time we were actually in the room. Beautiful view of Diamondhead. Plenty of bedding and towels were provided. The property is very conveniently located with just a short walk to the beach, yet at the same time away from the heavier flow of foot traffic. Also close to trolley and bus stops. Parking is provided. We didn't use this service since we didn't rent a car, but it is well worth it if you do, as some properties in Waikiki charge up to $20 a day for parking alone. And as far as price goes, you can't beat it anywhere in Waikiki. I would definately stay here again.

It was a great first vacation for my girls and myself. the condo was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and very convienient. We walked to the beach and shopping strip daily. Peeked out on the lani to see if anyone was in the hot tubs...pool area and the free parking was a definate plus. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The view was great :) room was terrific had pretty much what we needed,safeway near by to get groceries is a big bonus!! Super short walk to the beach. Best place for families, with the pool and bbq deck and playground,and tennis court a huge bonus!! I would recommend this hotel and I will be back again :) LOVED IT!! couldn't get any better!!!!
