"Located in the heart of Waikiki, this Penthouse offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with beautiful ocean views from every room. Located on the 36th floor on the south side Royal Kuhio which is only a minutes walk to restaurants, shopping and Waikik beach. This unit is spacious, nicely decorated and fully furnished with all linens and paper goods. It has all the essential things to make your stay comfortable, complete and memorable.
The master bedroom is funished with two double beds and it's own bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The living room offers a sectional leather sofa and a large flat 61" tv screen for your entertainment . There is a stack washer/dryer in the guest bathroom, window A/C unit in every room , and a well equipped kitchen. Secure assigned parking is included. The Royal Kuhio is a secure building w/ 24 hour patrol. There is an amenities level on the 7th floor with swimming pool, exercise room, BBQ, basketball court, ping pong table and much more.

Living the high life

A great vacation in a beautiful condo. It was very relaxing, excellent views and excellent location. The condo itself was well appointed, and I felt we lacked for nothing, it was spacious with good beds and social spaces. Would most definately stay in this condo again. The only scary part (but it makes a GREAT story!) was that there was a Tsunami warning for several hours one day that we were there. The local people told us to stay put- we were on the 36th floor and the Tsunami would not even come close. No Tsunami appeared, but if it had, we would have been very comfortable in our little condo!
