The Royal Kuhio is approximately two blocks from the world famous Waikiki Beach. Enjoy great views of the lush mountains and Ala Wai golf course! Tons of activities on property including swimming pool, ping pong, pool tables, exercise room, basket ball, and shuffle board. Amenities also include a FREE in room WIFI, FREE reserved parking, local phone, business center, and 24 hour security. If you use the bus, the stop is right next to the building.

All the Royal Kuhio condos have fully equipped kitchens ready to cook and eat. Feedback from our guests show that this one of the best ways to take control of your vacation budget. Preparing meals instead of eating out three times a day can save an average of $100 a day per couple on food. This is a must for the budget minded traveler!

The sleeping arrangements are very convenient with a queen and single bed in the bedroom along with a sofa sleeper in the living room. Leave the bedroom accordion doors open for extra space or shut them for a private bedroom.

Rent direct and save! Don't pay more to settle for less. Many rentals in Waikiki cost a lot more to rent and are not in as good of condition. This is a clean and convenient condo and is a great value for the price.

Clean, No Bugs, A/c Works Good. Needs New Furniture & Some Repair. Beds Comfortable. Being On The Ala Wai Side Of Bldg Traffic Noise Was Minimal. Will Stay Again.

Stay at Royal Kuhio

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Kuhio. It was a nice corner suite. View of the canal as well as of the Waiikiki beach. Transportation was very convenient. EVery thing was closely. Since the building is 35 years old it needs renovation. However we had a good time while staying at Royal Kuhio. Mahalo!!

We enjoyed our Stay here very much. IT was clean, in a great location, and very quiet. We were very leery of making reservations on the internet but were very satisfied and even commented that we would love to stay there again.

I only have two gripes, one was the sheet for the hid-a-bed was too small and two there was no cookie sheet to cook on. Not the end of the world for us we enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning sooner rather than later.

Thank you to Shelly, you and your staff were amazing. Checking in on us while the Tsunami warning was in affect, Thank you, that was very sweet and very way over the top. Mahalo!

Comfortable apartment. Fantastic kitchen, with new, full-sized appliances. A/C works really well. A great price which includes parking and wireless internet access. I would definitely stay here again. The people at Ali'i Beach Rentals are awesome to work with. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
