Corner Unit/Two Lanais/Free Parking/Ocean View (#878)

I booked this unit before coming back to Hawaii for my 20th high school reunion. I was very particular about the type of room and amenities we wanted. A kitchenette, easily accessible and safe parking, walking distance to all the Waikiki restaurants and beaches we wanted to visit, and updated furnishings and electronics. And this unit (and Carl!) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, the views spectacular. I just loved to sit and watch the rain roll in from the mounatins. And whether you're travelling by car or foot, the condo is in a perfect location. I HIGHLY reccomend staying here! This unit was perfect I was here on business and had to do a lot of traveling, the unit is centrally located It is also about a 4 minute walk to Waikiki beach. There is everystor imaginable within walking distance as well as any kind of restuarant you heart desires. The unit is on the 15th floor with views of the ocean and the mountains. It has everything you need including the kitchen sink and it is spotless. Don't hesitate you could not get a better place for the $$$$ First off the communications with Carl Pierce was perfect. The first impression was that he was trying to make sure we would have everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. The Condo not only was very clean but smelled great too. All the comforts of home. Very important to us was the parking and this was the best!! Roomy corner parking. Loved it! Internet access avail., laundry on same floor, MacDonalds right downstairs, or Seaside Grill across the street. What views, mountain, ocean. This is one of the best deals in Waikiki and it is obvious Carl takes care of the unit, with the special personal touches that is added to make you feel right at home. Nice breeze if you want it natural. Kitchen complete with a big refer. We look forward to when we can do it again right here if not we will have to settle for second best! THANK YOU CARL My wife and I spent 10 nights in the condo and really enjoyed the room and the views. We were especially pleased with the owner's efforts to be sure my wife's mid-night plus arrival, delayed by the airlines, meant someone would be there with the keys. I was running a day behind. Being able to cook our meals and enjoy a much more relaxed stay this year made this trip even more enjoyable. Having a garage included was a definite plus. The condo is close to everything in Waikiki. We hope to return again soon. Bruce & Shannon I've stayed in quite a bit of condos in Waikiki and I have found the one I love! I've stayed here twice in the past 4 months and plan to do it again soon! This condo is in the middle of Waikiki walking distance to absolutely everything! It's very roomy and comfortable with great views.. It is ALWAYS going to be my first choice when I go to Hawaii...Great room, great price and great location.. don't pass it up! The owner is as nice as can be too! We stayed here in November and to our surprise, we were sooo impressed with the location and the condo itself! It's perfect!! You are walking distance to the beach, Int'l Market, and restaurants! The condo has everything you need!!! A plus, is the parking that's included in the garage!! Very easy access to that too! We're definitely staying here again when we come back!
