These five, recently upgraded, smoke-free condos in the Marine Surf Waikiki, 364 Seaside Avenue, are located in the heart of Waikiki one block from the beach.

These spacious accommodations offer upgraded interiors featuring fully-equipped kitchens with four-burner range and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Three large studios sleep four adults comfortably on a queen bed and queen sofa bed, and two studios sleep two adults on one king bed. A lanai (balcony) with table and chairs offers sunset and city views.

Additional features include stereo system with iPod/iPhone/iPad docking station, flat panel televisions with cable, DVD and free local telephone service and answering machine. Free covered parking is included with your rental. Additionally, free high-speed internet access (Wi-Fi) and free long distance calling to the US and Canada are also included with your booking.

From the beginning after talking with Jeanne (Hawaiian Realty) I loved staying in this condo verus any hotel. The price was right, the location, parking, and the amenities weere all great. If or when I plan another trip...this will be my first choice.

This unit was a spaceous cumfortable clean studio condo in the center of waikiki only minutes from the beach. The owner, Nick, had everything organized with everything from plastic wrap to beach chairs. There was no need to buy anything other then food to set up housekeeping. We would gladly return there on another vacation

The owner of the condo was very nice and accommodating. THe place was very clean , with everything you need. You have to remember this is downtown wakikii so its a little noisy. It's in a perfect location!! I would recommend this place to a friend.

Great apartment superbly refurbished with modern fixtures and fittings. Great location close to shops and beach. Can be little bit noisey from bars and nightclubs located close by.

This was our second stay and again was not disappointed. The owner was very reliable. The picture of the room is accurate, very clean with newer furniture. The location is the best. Walking distance to Waikiki, close to public transport and easy to access with a car. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in this condo for a week and it was very comfortable. It was nice to have a full kitchen and a private lanai, and a parking space in a garage. The owner of the condo is very accomodating and friendly! The location is great if you want to walk to restaurants and shops. I would stay there again.
