Description of the Waikiki vacation condo rental

This beautiful condo has been recently entirely renewed by its owners. A new, very comfortable, Queen size sleeper sofa graces the spacious living area. A flat screen TV/DVD, dining table, and beautiful panoramic views complete the living area. Real artwork is hung on the walls. The floors in the apartment are laminate ("Pergo") and the bedroom is carpet.

The bedroom has a quality queen size bed, a nice full size dresser and mirror and a 13" television with "sleep" function (apartment 2011 also has a DVD player in the bedroom). Air conditioning is supplied centrally--and it's virtually silent. This is an exceptional Waikiki vacation rental. Centrally located in downtown Waikiki just a block away from the beach and shopping area. And for those "in the know", it's just three blocks from world famous International Market Place.

Kitchen has 4 burner 30" stove with oven, full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, all cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and rice maker.

Other apartments available in same building or within walking distance.

Unadvertised specials are often available.

• Other Fees: We do not charge a cleaning fee. Instead, we expect that the apartment will be returned in EXACTLY THE SAME CONDITION that it was received except that we will take care of the laundry. If you wish to engage a private cleaning service we can arrange for that at the then current rate.
