Description of the Waikoloa vacation condo rental
Waikoloa is a golfer's paradise. It is also a beach paradise, an adventure paradise, a nature paradise, a geology paradise, shopping paradise, and an aloha spirit paradise. The only thing not to love is the plane ride from home.
The Fairway Villas at Waikoloa Beach Resort is located 25 minutes north of the Kailua-Kona Airport. This ten acre lush tropical paradise is situated within the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, in the same resort as the King's Golf Course and within minutes of all the Kohala coast resort golf courses. The west side of Hawaii is blessed with consistently dry sunny weather and is perfect for golf.
The Fairway Villas are loaded with luxury features and distinctive Hawaiian plantation architecture. The Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay) fish pond and beach are located across the road and through the Marriott Outrigger; it is a short walk or a two minute drive. The sunset is beautiful from our lanai, but, sunset across the ancient Hawaiian fishponds never disappoint. The famous Hapuna Beach Park is just a ten minute drive on the Queens highway. Hapuna Beach is repeatedly named one of the ten best beaches in the world. Mauna Kea and Mauna Lani beaches are also close by; we prefer the A-Bay beach at Waikoloa.
We have been coming to Waikoloa for many years. We have stayed at The Shores and the Vista Waikoloa. The Fairway Villas were built in 2003. After renting in The Fairway Villas a couple of trips we decided to buy a condominium. We find this condominium comfortable with wireless/wired broadband Internet access, stereo, DVD player, and all the amenities you would expect in a new condominium. Kona coffee taste much better on our lanai than it does on the North Carolina beach. This condominium is ground floor unit so that lanai extends out into a wide lawn overlooking the ninth fairway surrounded with colorful fragrant tropical flora. There is no need to lug the groceries or golf clubs up the elevator. Our condominium is also at the very end of the road so there is no traffic to contend with.
The pictures, floor plans, charts, and maps on our Internet site will tell you more about our unit that I can in mere words. I will tell you that this condominium is complete with air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker in the huge refrigerator, and a full-size stacked washer and dryer. We find the washer and dryer very useful when packing light! The grounds are well kept and the infinity swimming pool quite unique. The Kings' Shops are a few minutes walk around the lake for fine shopping and dining. There is even a food court for the kids or a quick snack. The Kings' Shops have a grocery store, exclusive boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, fine art galleries like the Dolphin Gallerie, Crazy Shirts, The Gecko Store, and live music. Adjacent to the Kings' Shops is The Queens' Marketplace which is currently under construction.
Also in the Waikoloa Resort area is the Hilton Waikoloa, it is fabulous in itself, but, it also hosts the Dolphin Quest Center where you can swim with the dolphins. This is an experience you will not soon forget. The Big Island of Hawaii has a lot to offer everyone, from the active volcano where the rocks ooze, to secluded black sand beaches, four-wheel-drive adventures, scuba and snorkeling, hiking in rainforest and desert lava beds, biking, horseback riding, deep-sea fishing, surfing, parasailing, submarine adventures, and helicopter sightseeing. Oh yes, did I mention we play golf at Waikoloa?
The truth is, in order to afford it, we have to rent it; we hope you will enjoy Hawaii as much as we do. For a very limited time we are offering an introductory $145 rate. This is an introductory rate and will not last long.

Seth- thanks! I have been meaning to find the time to write you. We loved your place! It was really perfect for us- nice and quiet and, internet access. The trip itself had some complications that made it stressful personally, but it was so nice to arrive at Waikoloa and have everything be just as portrayed on the Internet site. I would definitely book your place again and will recommend it to my friends. My friend got in 1 round of golf ( then he got sick) and we did put over 800 miles on the rental car- The sunsets were beautiful and the weather the usual big island stuff- guess the locals refer to it as "waikiblowa"- thanks again!

We were back two days ago and were busy unpacked our clothes so I didn't write to you sooner. Thank you for renting your condo to us. We had a wonderful time stay at your place. It was well equip and located close to very things, the beach, shopping and restaurants. You even has the rice cooker for making sushi and that's a plus for us. We even hooked up your lab top and search for farmer markets on the island. It was very handy for checking out things on the island except it was a bit slow. The sleeper sofa was comfortable and my kids enjoyed sleep on it. We would highly recommend it for family with 6 people as along as they have kids. We will definitely renting it again on our next vacation to the island.

Thank you for the prompt mailing of the security deposit. Thank you also, for the use of your beautiful villa - it was just perfect. You really have thought of everything. Whenever I opened a cabinet or drawer or closet, I was pleasantly surprised to see all the little extras. I brought my own cleaning supplies (I know, that's weird) but soon found out you were well stocked in that area as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the Big Island; we were so busy, out and about all of the time, that we wished we had more leisure time to spend in the villa. We were even considering purchasing a unit, with all the new construction going on in the area, but cha-ching ... decided that with no real guarantee of a substantial return on investment, then impending college tuition in the future years for two children takes priority, for now. Also had toyed with the idea of relocating; however, again, education is a priority, so that unfortunately rules Hawaii out, from what I've gathered. It sure is paradise, though, isn't it?

Your condo at Waikoloa was fabulous. Thanks for renting it to us.
We stayed another week at the unit directly above yours on the third floor, and I must say your unit was far superior. The third floor unit was "professionally" managed, yet it was dirty with many fewer amenities than your unit. Your quality linens on the beds was great; high thread count with fitted sheets. Smart to have tile everywhere in the main living areas.
We would definitely rent from you again.

We just got home yesterday from the 2 week trip to the islands. Had a wonderful time - including the newly active volcanoes (the park closed the day after we were there due to the 300 earthquakes and new lava flow).
We enjoyed all the islands (Oahu, Maui, and the Big Island) but I enjoyed the Big Island most. Less crowded, more diverse things to do, and quite a contrast with all the lava reaching to the blue sea. And especially, your condo. It was truly wonderful. We had a nice condo at Grand Champions on Maui, and stayed at the Royal Hawaiian (the Pink Palace) on Waikiki which treated us well, but neither of these compared to the relaxation and comfort that your condo provided us. Lura, Christopher (10), Thomas (6), and myself would like to send our appreciation and thanks for allowing us to stay there.
The amenities - pool, barbecue, wireless internet, movies, stereo and the peacefulness of the lanai were just great - and even though I had my laptop for work, sitting on the lanai early in the morning was much better than being at the office.
So again, thank you. When we can arrange for the next visit, you can be assured I will be contacting you.

Seth, we can't thank you enough. Your condo was elegant, PERFECT location, no steps, the bed was so comfortable truely the ideal condo. Seth, What a great unit you have. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai every morning having our coffee and watching the birds try and build a nest. The 3 weeks went by too fast as always. The turtles at "A" beach, the boogie boarding at Hapuna and the golf were all wonderful. We enjoyed our long walks and watching the sunsets. Thanks for the opportunity to let us rent your home away from home. Soon I hope we will have our own unit to visit.
