Description of the Waimanalo vacation home rental

Our home is open, airy, beautifully decorated, and 300 yards from one of the most spectacular and quiet beaches on Oahu. This house typically rents for $5000/month, so here's the catch... My wife and I are travelling from June 16 to July 14 and our two labs are staying home. We are looking for renters that love dogs and will feed them and take them for occasional walks on the beach. Hence the huge price break. It is worth it to us to have people loving on our dogs while we are gone. They are outdoor dogs and do not come in the house. They have the run of our fenced-in 6000sq.ft back yard, and sleep under the palm trees or the deck at night. They LOVE people and are great with kids. Our home is a 2 br/1 bath, with a cal king daybed, so it could sleep 6. We are 10 mins from Hanauma Bay, the best snorkeling spot on Oahu. Jet skiing, parasailing, scuba diving, and many great restaurants are all nearby. We are a 25-30 min. drive from the airport. This is available from June 17-30, or July 1-14. Each two week block is $1600. That's $115/night. You'd pay more for a crummy hotel room in Waikiki. Come see what Hawaii REALLY feels like in our peaceful home by the beach. Hear the ocean at night as you drift off to sleep, and smell the plumeria blossoms from the seven plumeria trees that surround our home. Please email us for more pics if you are interested. There is our home and is furnished with all the amenities you would find in your house. There is outdoor dining for 6 on our rear deck overlooking the gorgeous Koolau mountains, washer/dryer, cable TV, DVD, CD/stereo, gas grill, and two kayaks. We are 10 mins from Hanauma Bay, the best snorkeling spot on Oahu. Jet skiing, parasailing, scuba diving, and many great restaurants are all nearby. We are a 25-30 min. drive from the airport.

Your house is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. Our family loved walking to the beach, playing on boogie boards in the kid-friendly surf, and BBQing on the back deck for dinner! My husband and I loved having coffee on the deck and watching the sun rise on those gorgeous mountains, as the birds flitted from palm tree to plumeria tree. Your dogs were adorable, and our kids fell in love with them. They were so well behaved and loved going to the beach to hang out with us. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us; it was like staying at a friend's house rather than a rental.
