Sunrise Beach House..... Relax in the tropical garden, watch the palm fronds lifting in the night air welcoming you to Sunrise. The beach house has great deck off the side of the house where you are sitting, drinking your mai tai, enjoying the incredible view of the Ko'olau Mountains.
This house lends itself to people who like to reeeeelax on the beach and yet be close enough to run home for that refil. Or relax in the Jacuzzi, as you unwind at the end of the day.
Just steps to Waimanalo Beach gives you an affordable home in paradise. Waimanalo Beach is 5 miles of white sand.... walk to see the turtles at the rock outcrop and enjoy the spectacular sunrises. This is a great beach for kids with an outer reef to block the big waves, white sand, so no coral to tear up tiny feet. It's a great place to learn to boogie board and ride the waves.
Sunrise's three bedrooms/two bathrooms make it ideal for a family, or for bringing the in-laws, or for several friends traveling together. Living room, opening onto the dining room and kitchen, and out to the deck.
We have boogie boards, snorkel gear, bbq, jacuzzi, washer/dryer, air conditioning, full kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, high speed Internet/WIFI, etc., for you to use absolutely free when staying at Sunrise Beach House.
No way you'll ever stay in one of them square hotels again. You'll be back and so will your friends and friends of friends and this is how legends start. All in a town that time forgot ..... Waimanalo. We have vacation rental homes, bungalows, cottages, holiday homes on Oahu, in the town of Waimanalo.
In a quiet residential neighborhood, close to Waimanalo Beach..... 5 miles of white sand, islands off shore, no tourists to speak of. We have a local bakery that have fresh, hot donuts in the mornings, a couple of Mom/Pop grocery stores, a surf shop, a local art gallery, and a couple of take out plate lunch places. You can get to bigger grocery shopping and a Costco within 15 minutes of the house.

The 2 BR Hula Hale was so pretty. A home away from home. The beach was gorgeous but windy at times, churning up lots of sand. Brought a bit of sand back in our swim suits even after rinsing. All in all would return.

We loved the house.. Chris, the owner, was amazing and very accomodating. We brought along our one year old grandson and he had everything for a baby. The kids loved the zip line the best. The beds were very comfortable. The beach was so close, quite and the best one we found. We would love to rent again on our next trip.

My husband and I live in rural Wyoming near Yellowstone park. We are inundated with tourists for five months each year. We were looking for a place in Oahu that was on or near the beach. The sunrise beach house was perfect. We didn't hear road traffic. The beach was fabulous with very few people. The house was perfect for us and our four friends. There was easy access to Costco and Safeway for groceries. The only problem we had was when we didn't lock our rental vehicle upon return from an outing. A kindle was stolen and we found the empty cover in the bushes next door. This could happen to anyone and we knew better than to not lock the door. We heartily recommend this house for any future vacation. If we return, we hope we will, we will try to rent this house again.

Clean as a whistle and sitting on one of the pretties beaches on Oahu, Surf Sweet was the perfect medicine for my husband and me. Would be happy to return to stay in this peaceful paradise.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The location is wonderfully landscaped with ocean views and a pool/hot tub in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants are very near by and Wakiki was just a short drive away. It was nice coming "home" to Hawaii Kai/Portlock after a busy day of Honolulu sight seeing and traffic. The home is large and was great for entertaining. Secondary to the size and the layout of the home we were able to have 2 couples in the home with plenty of privacy when needed. The owner is excellent to work with. Would be a great home for families with children or friends traveling together. We have family in Hawaii Kai and will probably try to rent this home again for future visits.

What a nice home away from home, and a great boogie boarding beach! Beach House Hawaii is a cool place to chill out and relax. Only went to Waikiki once for a couple of hours this time because we wanted to get back to boogie baord! Thanks for the use of the snorkel gear and boogie boards that came in handy. A great vacation! Our favorite things included Polynesian Cultural Center (pay a little more and do the luau - it was worth every penny!); Hanauma Bay; Sea Life Park; boogie boarding; and a dinner cruise. This is the best beach we came across, so it was fun to be here!

"It seems hardly possible that our "long, looked forward to" Hawaiian vacation has come to a close. It passed muched too quickly. Our daughter has been attending BYU Hawaiian campus this past semester. She had quite an itinerary planned out for us when we all arrived! I have felt like we have been living in our own little paradise. The view from every room of this house is spectacular! You have surrounded the property with trees and plants that give privacy and yet allow for a view of the mountains. Whether we were moving in or around the house we felt comfortable and relaxed. Feeling and hearing the breeze in the trees is one of my favorite details.
We surfed, boogie boarded, snorkeled and body surfed our way around this beautiful island. With the exception of the snorkeling we did at Shark's Cove, the beach right here at our back door was the best. It satisfied all of the adults and was the most manageable/safe with our two little boys.
We appreciate the use of the beach towels, chairs, hammock, masks and flippers and the visits from the girls. Our grandsons (and all of us actually) enjoyed the lizards.
The pancake and waffle mix was enjoyed by all of us on Father's Day for breakfast before we set our for church. Thank you!!.....
