Vacation Rental Description
My house is a two plus bedroom, two loft, two bathroom ski house within ski distance from Lincoln peek (Sugarbush South).
The property borders Sugarbush Golf course and Bradely Brook,
and is all downhill from Lincoln peek, although skiing to the house is way 'off piste'. The living room overlooks the brook as does the hot tub.There is wifi, full size washer and dryer,
dishwasher, tuner and cd player.
Children have grown up here, children are welcome.
Area Description
The Mad River Valley is a full season resort area with lots of lift service skiing, ski mountineering, and cross country trails. There are hotels, restaurants, sports center, and health clubs within a 20 min. walk (5 min. drive) of the house.

We had a perfect family ski vacation. The spot is child friendly, pet friendly, ski access friendly and the laundry and hot tub put the icing on the cake. The owner is very kind and very flexible.
