Papa's cabin is not small it more like a lodge
Recently build in 2005 full of New England Charm

Near a Private Beach on lovell Lake 1200 ft away. Hot Tub and Sauna on the deck, Log Cabin is located on 5 acres; there are some neighbors nearby There is only one that you can barely see from the cabin.

It’s just a short walk to a privately owned beach on beautiful Lovell Lake. The cabin is close to all that New Hampshire and Maine have to offer. The Maine seacoast is approximately 40 minutes away. The North Conway outlets are 35- 40 Min. The Maine coast is 40 Min. away

Lovell Lake is great for long hot days at the beach, sit back and enjoy the cool summer breeze as you fire up the grill and unwind, taking in the vacation of a lifetime. Bring your boat and enjoy fishing, water skiing, and summer fun on a beautiful lake in the heart of New Hampshire. The Lake is a 7 min. walk from the cabin nice private beach, there are small boats you can use.

During the winter, Skiing and tubing is about 30 minutes away, Ski Country. Snowmobile trails right from the Cabin.

Sanbornville is a little New England town with a Small grocery store and the famous Poor peoples pub. You'll find a larger grocery store 20 Min North on Rt 16.

Deposits: After I receive your $400. Deposit, your bill is as follows: Total bill $? Depending upon your stay 1st payment ½ (60 days prior) 2nd payment Final ½ (14 days prior) Will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years
Other Fees: Cleaning Fee $75. Rate is based upon 2 adults 2 children $10. per. night extra per.person

Wonderful Getaway With Family & Friends!, August 17, 2009

My family of 6, along with 2 other families had a wonderful and relaxing stay at "Papa's Cabin". This log home has soo much to offer just within the cabin alone. But the private beach and surroundings added so much more to the experience. There is ample room inside to accomodate many people without feeling like you don't have enough space. My children vary in ages from 3 - 14 and they all had a blast. My hope is to be able to stay here again one day, maybe next time in the colder months in order to enjoy the wood stove and jacuzzi even more. Many thanks to Bill, the owner, who was more than accomodating and helpful if we had any questions. I/we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone interested to stay at Papa's Cabin; It was truly a wonderful stay for all. We truly felt at home after our 2 week stay and was sad to say goodbye. Thanks again, Bill, and blessings to you and your family.

Great Relaxation Place, March 26, 2009

We had a wonderful time at Papa's Cabin! It was perfect for getting away from the daily routine and just relaxing inside or outside. The kids enjoyed sledding on the small slope right in the back yard! This place is equipped with everything! The woodstove on the main floor wasn't working, but the one downstairs was perfect. We all went down there and enjoyed watching old home videos and just staying up late. At the end, we were all wishing we had one more day to stay and relax. It's perfect for a big family!

A beautiful modern cabin in the woods. 3 couples had a wonderful weekend. Lots of room to relax, very large back deck. Dissapointed about the woodstove. We were looking for a cabin with hottub and woodstove or fireplace. The woodstove was locked up when we arrived/ owner told us the next day it was not in service. We were all dissapointed. the only down part of the weekend.

great cabin in a nice location for snowshoeing, skiing and just relaxing around the fireplace, at the kitchen table or in the hot tub. Everything worked perfectly and appreciated the extras like kids toys and starter wood for the woodstove. We had 6 adults and was lots of room for all of us

We had a blast. My 4 year old niece dubbed the cabin "the orange house"
because of the warm glow of the wood. They also loved "the pool" (the hot tub).

I have been back home from our family vacation at Papa's Cabin for almost a
week, and I wish I were still there! We had a large group staying - 5 adults and
5 children - and the cabin was incredibly spacious. We never made it to the
local beach, but the house was a great base for our daytrips to Storyland,
Attitash, horseback riding, tax-free outlet shopping, a whale watch from Rye
Marina (followed by the best lobster I've ever eaten!) and a trip down memory
lane for my in-laws, who used to vacation in nearby Alton Bay. The locals we met
in Sanbornville were uniformly friendly and helpful, so much for the New England
stereotype of stand-offishness! We had a great trip and would definitely
consider coming back again!
