The main level of the home has a large lvingroom, dining, kitchen great-room area which opens out to a large deck overlooking the backyard and sports a fabulous view of the Waldport Bridge! A large BBQ is provided for year-round use. Living room has a sofa sleeper and a TV. Hall bath with a tub/shower combination. Two bedrooms on the main level, one with a bunk bed, futon which converts at night to a bed and a baby bed which can be moved as needed. The other room has a queen size bed. Downstairs you will find a large family room with plenty for everyone to enjoy! Sofa sleeper, TV, and a closet full of family games! Downstairs bath and another bedroom with a queen size bed. A very family friendly home, you will find something for all ages, from baby and toddler toys, high chair, booster seat, fun games and puzzles, private exercise room with a bridge view, fish cleaning sink in the garage. Located within an easy walk to the community club house -- outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, video games, and fun await you at the Bayshore Club House, which guests may use for a small fee and when proper information is submitted to the club.
