Dining seating for 10 plus additional seating in the living room with a special lift top coffee table. Leather furniture, including a queen sleeper sofa, TV/DVD, expanded cable and stereo system grace the living room. The living room seems to expand itself right out to the deck, where you will enjoy a view of the canal from outdoor furniture. Fireworks display from this home is absolutely phenomenal -- be sure to reserve early in the year! Down the hall, is the guest room with a new pillow-top queen bed, TV/DVD and a sliding door to the deck. Across the hall, is the den, complete with phone, wireless internet, recliner chair and a futon for daytime relaxation or guest sleeping at night. Step into the master bedroom and you’ll be pleased to find a king size pillow-top bed, sliding door to the deck. Master bath has a large shower. The third room has two very solid bunk beds and accesses the hall bath, with a tub-shower combination. Separate laundry room leads to the double garage. The fully insulated and heated garage makes this home the perfect spot for scrap-booking and quilting retreats, folding tables and chairs are provided.
