Hot Tub-Lovely Sea Vu-WiFi-Comp Wine-7 Mile Beach!

I loved it here. It is so much fun here. My family decided to stay here for Spring Break for 3 days. My brother did not come because he was too lazy so they took me and that is it. I have one brother, His name is Sam. He is 17 years old. Thank you.

Loved this house and all the amenities. The weather was sunny and then the usual Oregon drizzle but it was still wonderful. Spent the weekend celebrating a 33-year-old birthday, and it was worth the visit. We loved the layout of the house and that the kitchen was well stocked. We hope to come again some day. We really enjoyed our visit!

Hi! I have come to Oregon 8 times over a few years. Raised my 2 girls coming to the Oregon coast for family vacations. We come 12-15 hour driving time from Hailey Idaho. Now that I am 52, both my daughters have brought me here on separate trips. It renews my kindred spirit and sets me free! The smells make me say ah, I relax immediately. There is so much to do and see, Oregon coast (do not tell) is a great hidden secret. I will recommend The Waves House to all. Always hate to leave. Your home was wonderful. Thank you! Our family stayed here this summer for the third year in a row. The home is absolutely beautiful, we love the hot tub with terry bathrobes and the kitchen which has everything we need. Our kids loved the barbies and the videos, thank you for being so child-friendly! We all slept very well (my husband generally doesn't sleep well but really got some decent sleep for the first time in a long time!). It's also true, the pictures don't do the home justice! Nancy, we really enjoyed ourselves and it was nice to be able to be in a home and cook, with toys for the kids to play with. We did clean the house before we left so your housekeepers did not have to do much. We are a bit of clean freaks! I do plan on coming over that way again and using the bigger house this summer when my Dad comes to visit in August. Thanks again!

Three days of warm and cozy relaxation, a wonderful beach, fabulous food, hot tub!!! Need I say more? So what if it rains? That is what a comfy sofa, blankets and a fireplace are for! And when the sun came out, watching the ocean was a joy. When you only get to see each other a few times a year, a 3 day stay at the Waves House is exactly what we needed. P.S. My boyfriend is the best for bringing me here. My first taste of Oregon!

4 of us had a most relaxing time at The Waves House. The beds were so comfy! The ocean waves so creamy. In California, they go to the beach. In New Jersey, they go to the shore. In Oregon, we go to the coast! So we came from Corvallis to Waldport and found the Waves House. So nice, so relaxing, thank you Nancy. Hope to come back.

Our 4 nights here have been wonderful!! Thanks so much to Nancy for sharing this home with us. Took a few day trips to Seal Rock and Devils Punchbowl, both beaches were beautiful. Our sunset last night on the beach was the perfect way to end our stay. Cannot wait to visit again. Thank you again.

And I from Corvallis again with friends from Long Beach, California had a restful time. We are of retirement age and I am 90 since January. We loved the quiet of the neighborhood and the beach and the beach grass that Waves has abundantly all over. Slept well in the good beds, enjoyed it all. Thank you

Thank you so much for sharing your home. We had a wonderful time. We had friends up to visit us from Eugene and they have never seen the ocean before. We took a day trip to Astoria and hit many beaches and view points on the way. Thanks again.

This was by far the best beach experience to date. Enjoyed the aquarium, crabbing, combing the beach for treasures, and riding the sand rail at Sandland, totally recommend the wild ride. It was so nice to come back to a warm fire and a soak in the hot tub. The house was beautiful and beats a hotel experience any day. The 4 of us loved every minute we shared here and will definitely come back. A great place to rest and rejuvenate.

We spent our honeymoon here at The Waves House and everything about the house, the whole area, and the beach exceeded our expectations. It was even better than the photos online. We appreciate the hot tub with the bathrobes, espresso machine, and the views of the ocean a lot. Thank you for telling us about the 1% lodging tax if you rent from an owner (vs. 7% from a property management company)!! Hopefully, we will have our first anniversary at The Waves House next year! We were not sure what to expect since we had never been to Waldport before. We will never forget our amazement when we opened the door to The Waves House. The craftsmanship of the woodworking throughout, custom tile in the kitchen and both bathrooms, amazing photography in every room, everything you could need to cook (aprons included!), beautiful slate wood fireplace and the Hot Tub that we relaxed in every night! This is the ultimate kid-friendly home! From the stroller, high chair, porta-crib down to the many toys, games, videos, and books, books, books, it has been one of the best vacations we have ever had.
