Description of the Waldport vacation home rental
Big Oceanfront, "Sandy Shores", Breathtaking View! Spectacular view of Ocean,beach, and surfing out of back door direct access to private beach and from many windows.
Sleeps 16, but will allow up to 25 (rental rates quoted above are for the first 12 people, add $15 per person per night that exceeds 12 people).
High Speed Wireless Internet
3 1/2 baths (master has a jetted Jacuzzi tub)
2 TV's and 2 DVD players
Fireplace
Washer & dryer, iron and ironing board
Kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking & eating utensils
Dishwasher & microwave
NO pets and NO smoking allowed
Beautiful house offers pillows and blankets . Our guests just need to carry their own towels, sheets, dish towels ire wood ( if they want to build fire ) and paper products like paper towels , cleaning rags and tp . Guests are expected to maintain and clean the house when they will be leaving ( also cleaning supplies available in house ). If guests would like to have cleaning services , then the house will be charging additional $120 .

This house was very spacious for our large family group and provided easy access to beach and outdoor fire pit, deck and the view was awesome. Kitchen was large and open so there was room for many cooks at one time!
