The house is newly remolded 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home is located in the village of Walloon lake, MI. Nestled 100 yards off beautiful Walloon lake, where the sunrise and sunsets are some of the most adored in all of northern michigan. The house allows you to get away from the busy everyday life and enjoy warm summer days and cool nights in the small friendly village of Walloon Lake.

The house offers lake and dock access less than a minute walk away where you can enjoy the water and nice caribbean like sandy beach. A full front porch, large spacious back patio and nicely landscape yard offers many family/friend gathering opportunities. The front and back yards offer plenty of shade as well as a good bit of sunshine.

Within 10 minutes of local historic towns Petoskey, Boyne City, Harbor Springs, Bay Harbor and Charlevoix where you can shop, dine and enjoy many summer entertainment opportunities. A local village general store is a walk away for all your grocery needs.
