Description of the Walton vacation cottage rental

The rental cottage is located on a dead end road on the very edge of Walton so you'll have plenty of privacy as well as a beautiful forest to explore. HIKING through our back yard forest is an experience that's you'll remember for a long time. The Hill is steep and the trails get rugged at times but this little cabin in the woods is a gateway into numerous logging trails that meander through Pine Hill and beyond if you dare. Be sure to bring hiking boots and a digital camera or you can just space out in front of our 25" cable TV

The Delaware river, as well as many Delaware river tributaries are are less than a half mile from the house. I've seen people fly fish in the Delaware, but I have never attempted it. The town has many restaurants to choose from as well as a supermarket a dollar store and an antique store... not bad for a small town. If swimming is your thing Bear Spring Mountain is (about 15 minutes away)
has life guards on duty for your safety. The Little House on Pine Hill may not be a mansion, but this low cost rental without maid service may be right for you..
