Master suite with double sinks and 2 person jacuzzi tub. First floor living room and first floor bedroom both have glass sliders to wrap around deck. First floor bathroom with 2 person jacuzzi tub. Hardwood floors, cable, office, central air, separate laundry room with washer/dryer, iron/ironing board. 10 TV's throughout house (3 Big Screen). Finished basement with bedrooms, leather sectional, full laundry room, full bathroom, 8 foot pool table and dry bar. House has 2 king-size beds (one is a king-size memory foam mattress elevated on a non-working jacuzzi located in the finished basement), 4 queen-size beds, 1 queen-size sleep sofa, 1 full-size sleep sofa, 2 full-size beds, 2 bunk beds and 7 full bathrooms. One queen-size bed along with the king-size memory foam mattress, located in the basement, are separated from the common area by curtains. Large yard with children's jungle gym, trampoline/safety net, horse-shoe pit, bocce, basketball hoop, swing and outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Wrap around deck and covered patio with gas grill, patio furniture and lounge chairs. Outdoor radio with speakers throughout yard and deck area. Fire pit on beach. Linens, bath and beach towels to use. Toys/Games for kids and adults. Enjoy swimming and boating on your own private beach. Shop at the new Wareham Mall with stores like JC Penney, Target, Yankee Candle, Old Navy and DSW. Short drive to Cape Cod canal and bike path, Water Wizz water park, Onset and Villages of Buzzard's Bay. We require a 1 week minmum rental during the summer months from Saturday to Saturday. PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO RENT FOR WEEKENDS DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS. Inquire about weekend/nightly rates in off-season. **WEEKLY RATE IS FOR A MAX OF 12 PEOPLE. ANYTHING OVER 12 PEOPLE IS A CHARGE OF $100.00 PER PERSON, PER WEEK, UP TO A MAX OF 18. The max of 18 people is at any one time, whether they are sleeping there or not. The number of people allowed on the property is the number stated in your contract. This is strictly enforced. There is also a maximum of 6 vehicles in the driveway at any one time. This is a vacation home and not a place to rent if you are interested in throwing wild parties with lots of people.

We have an exclusive offer for all our renters concerning kayak rentals. We have teamed up with a local rental company who will allow our renters to have 1 kayak for one week at $75.00 or 2 kayaks for 1 week at $150.00. Each kayak will have one paddle and a life vest. The kayaks are 9.5 feet long and are perfect for beginners. They have a tie down space for a small cooler or dry bag. You will be able to enjoy kayaking off your own private beach, any time and at your own convenience, for your entire stay. You will not have to worry about the hassel of picking them up or dropping them off, as we will have them at the house upon your arrival. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT THIS AHEAD OF TIME.
