Well-kept home with a bay view, designed for relaxing and entertaining (2350 sq ft). First floor has recently remodeled kitchen, cathedraled great room with skylights, and full bath, with a few steps up to the living room with plasma TV and the Master BR with private remodeled bathroom. Four additional BRs on second floor with additional bath. Great outdoor living space with two large patios, large yard, and hot tub. Ping-pong table in basement. Wireless internet and cable TV. Short walk to Swift's Beach.

Area Information

Wareham is the "Gateway to Cape Cod". House is in the Swift's Beach area, with a short walk to the beach. Five-minute drives to to Wareham center and Wareham Crossing mall. One hour to Boston and 45 minutes to Providence, RI.
