White Cedar Log Cabin on 900' pristine riverfront. (#28528)

This was the 2nd year that we've spent our vacation at Riversong. Just driving back the lane to the cabin made us excited to see it again. The cabin is secluded, clean and comfortable which is just what we love about it. Every morning was spent sipping tea on the front porch watching the river go by and every night was quiet, dark and peaceful. It's also a great location for soaking up some local flavor - shopping in Camden, getting fresh produce from Beth's Farm Market or wine-tasting at Cellar Door Winery. And you can't beat the lobster dinner at Bayview Restaurant in Camden. We're already looking forward to our next visit. We loved our stay at "Riversong"! Let us count the ways: the privacyk the view of the river, as wellas close proximity to it. Every morning we sat on the dock, drinking our coffee and reading, in the peace and quiet of the beautiful St. George River!! The only noise we heard was that of nature! And, oh, the fish - we caught lots of bass, right from the dock!! The cottage itself was very clean with full kitchen (if you want to cook). It is a perfect, romantic retreat for two! We happened to have perfect weather, but even if we didn't, the cottage was so cozy we would have enjoyed outselves snuggling in and reading a good book. The location is so convenient, if and when you do want to join society again. Within 20 minutes we were in Camden or Rockland enjoying fine cuisine (seafood galore & blueberry everything) and lots of shops and more beautiful views. THANK YOU and we will be back!
