Description of the Warrens vacation cabin rental

Our privately owned log cabin villa home is for rent at Three Bears Lodge Jellystone Resort in Warrens, WI right off of I-94. Our villa sleeps 10-12 guests (maximum of 10 adults)and is perfect for 1 to 2 families to enjoy.

Hooded Merganser Villa includes:
1160 sq. ft.
2 queen bedrooms on the first floor with a shared full bath
4 twin beds and 3/4 bathroom in the second floor loft
Living room with a futon couch and 2 child-sized futons (no linens for child futons)
Full kitchen-refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and dishes, pots, utensils
Washer and Dryer, Central air/heat, 2 TV's, radio/CD player
Fire ring (with over the fire grill)and picnic table outside
Stroller, High Chair, booster seat, toys, books for all ages
No pets and no smoking
Bedding and towels provided for up to 10 guests

Area Description

The water parks, campground, etc. are all closed for the fall/winter season. Rental during this time is for the log cabin home only and there will be no opportunity to use the resort in the fall/winter. Thank you!

JELLYSTONE/THREE BEARS RESORT AMENITIES (wristbands for water park are not included with villa rental rate, but available for purchase at resort). The campground and the outdoor water park opened Memorial day weekend. Resort amenities open this summer are:

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal
Check In: 4 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Lodging Tax: 7 %
Deposits: Full lodging rate, 7% tax, and one time $60 cleaning fee are due upon booking to secure your dates. Cancellation 2 weeks prior to dates and we will refund all but $50. If cancel less than 2 weeks prior to stay, no refund will be given. Check-in/Check-out times may be flexible if no one is staying around your dates. We accept paypay (may use credit card, debit card, checking, etc.with paypal)or cashier's checks. Rate includes lodging only. Wristbands for resort amenities extra through resort
Other Fees: Please note that the water parks, hotel, campground, etc are all closed for the fall/winter. Thank you. Must be 21 years of age or have a parent/guardian along with.
