Description of the Warrens vacation villa rental

The Wildlife Lodge
You will enjoy the versatility this lodge has to offer. This lodge was designed and furnished to accomodate the adult guest who will admire its fine furnishings and the downstairs walkout will provide a fishing themed family room area to allow everyone to kick back and relax. The walkout also has two bedrooms containing two twin beds each and a full bath.
The main floor has been furnished in somewhat of an "Old World" style along with classic styling of an upscale hunting lodge complete with many fur rugs and animal mounts. The "King" master bedroom with master bath and whirlpool tub and two "Queen" bedrooms with an additional full bath will provide restful accomodations.
The fully stocked kitchen and dining area will please everyone and the private back deck will allow for hours of outdoor enjoyment.
Oh, don't forget the loft area for a peaceful place to read a good book, play cards or a table game, enjoy a relaxing conversation with family and friends or just a place to get away from it all!
The vaulted ceilings in the great room, gas fireplace and inviting decor throughout, will truly enhance your visit to the area.
This lodge will sleep 10 in beds with additional sleeping acomodations in the walkout family room with two queen size futons.

Area Description

The "Wildlife Lodge"is located in Warrens, Wisconsin home to Cranberry Country and the famous "Cranfest Festival". We are 60 miles east of LaCrosse, Wi. and 45 Miles north of Wisconsin Dells, Wi.
The surrounding area has many activities to offer from Hiking, biking, fishing and hunting to tractor Pulls, gambling and shopping. There are several musuems to visit and a wildlife refuge to explore. Here are just a few of the many activities the area has to offer:

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: 2 night minimum
Lodging Tax: 7% Room Tax
Deposits: 50% down to confirm reservation. 50% due within 7 days of being invoiced. Signed Rental Agreement also due within 7 days of being invoiced. Balance due 60 days prior to your arival date. If your reservation is within 60 days, the entire amount and your signed Rental Agreement is due within 7 days of being invoiced. Reservations for holidays and special events will require payment in full 60 days prior to your arrival.
Other Fees: Prices are based on 8 adults. Each additional person up to 10 maximum require an additional per person per night charge. Additional Security Deposit will apply. 10% Service discount applies to Military, Police and Firemen with valid ID. Amenity charges may apply(golf cart rental, Jellystone, Warrens water facilities, etc.). Always call or e-mail for details. Holidays and Special Event Pricing May Apply

Wow! We had a wonderful time. Everything was exactly what we needed.We had a couple of gals that wanted their own room and they got their wish. One from Duluth,one from Viroqua,one from Lansing,one from Caledonia and two from La Crescent. Our friend from Milwaukee couldn't make it. The place was clean and comfortable-we definitly will return.
