Description of the Warrens vacation villa rental

This log viila has nearly 1200 square feet of living space and all the amenities to ensure your vacation is affordable and comfortable. The villa features two private queen bedrooms on the first floor with a full shared bath. In the open loft there are four single beds with an additional bath. To accomodate the larger groups the living room has a Futon couch which sleeps two and two child-size Futon chairs. Your villa offers laundry facilities and a full kitchen set-up with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, basic dishes and cooking utensils. For your entertainment needs there is satellite TV up and down, a CD player, picnic table and updated fire pit.

Our vacation villa is located in Three Bears Resort in Warrens WI. Immediately adjacent is Yogi Bears Jellystone Park Camp-Resort. Warrens is conveniently located midway between Milwaukee and the Twin Cities. Recreation in the area is some of the best Wisconsin has to offer. Monroe Co. offers over 50 miles of biking trails; many,many miles of excellent canoeing water; 275 miles of snowmobile trails and numerous other back to nature opportunities. • Deposits: Reservations must be made direct and a $250 damage/reservation deposit is required to confirm booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to check in. Accepted methods of payment are cashiers check, money order and credit cards via PayPal.

Wonderful people to rent from. Beautiful villa with all the comforts of home. Clean and well stocked. We stayed for 3 nights for Cranberry fest and cant wait to go back next year.
